      ******* ******* was very informative. He told me exactly what he was going to do & advised when he finished. This is the 1st year we have used Greenix Pest Control. So far I like it as I see less ************** in my house.

      Greenix sold my mother in law a predatory contract that they said could be canceled at any time, but didn't say that hidden in the contract is a clause that says you can't actually cancel it with no further costs. Their services rendered were ineffective and they said they would do further treatments on a plan, but never showed up for further treatments. When asked about this, they said we were supposed to schedule them, but we were told it would be a scheduled service handled by them. The pest control they performed was ineffective and we ended up having to go with another company to deal with our issue. Now we are being charged 60$ a month for "services rendered" but seeing how ineffective their treatment was leads us to want the contract canceled. I spent half an hour trying to explain this to their customer service, only to be told they can't cancel the contract without paying out the other 9 months of contract. I would recommend any other service besides this company. They are predatory, lie about their services and what costs will be.

      The tech that was out this time was awesome and I would recommend Greenix. The only problem the company has, is the same tech should come out each time. In looking at some of the reviews, the one in particular said they had to hold the tech's hand and show him where the traps were, that's because each tech is new and obviously information or a map of some sort is not forwarded to the tech that is scheduled to come out.

      Technician did a thorough job, let us know exactly what he would be doing carried out the work efficiently. We are very pleased having greenix as we no longer see ants spiders etc in our home or basement ****

      I called to cancel my account on the 15th of November 2024 and I was told it is cancelled already. November 26th rolls around and I get a charge from Greenix on a service I was told is canceled. I called today to get this fixed and refunded and it took over an hour of my time. I do not want to continue service when I am calling to cancel. I explicitly do not want to continue service after being told it was already canceled, being erroneously charged, and wanting an immediate refund.I learned Greenix somehow has TWO accounts in their system for me. One was years old and canceled. Somehow their great IT system showed them that canceled account instead of the very active one that is still charging me money.I wish I could go back to November 15th and adjust the good review I left based on that call, because it clearly did nothing to help me nor did it raise any red flags internally about why a client is trying to cancel a very old account that is already closed...

      Absolutely horrible company ! Don't use them! Zero stars!!! when I was approached by the sales **** named **** it was on the 4th of July @ noon and he wouldn't take NO for answer, so he came back after visiting neighbors and finally I listened to his sales pitch, "NEVER" was I ever told that if I wasn't happy with the service that I couldn't cancel the service period!! I told him that I was going to cancel the service come October, and he said ok. He also said he would take care of calling my current pest contractor and cancel them. he did call them and said "He was me and that I would be out of town for a long time and wouldn't need their services any longer" BIG LIE !! He said ok just give him my credit card and sign on his cell phone! H*** I couldn't see anything, I didn't have my glasses, but assured me because that's how they do things.OK I'm a trusting person. Then they show up service my house, yard and then whahah, bugs, spiders all showed up and to top all of that off, the pests bugs, spiders, etc. kept getting worse! I called customer service and couldn't understand them Urrr ! finally asked for someone who spoke English and got a American who apologized, and sent tech out again after a few weeks later, brushed bugs off my covered deck and left. but more spiders and bugs still here!! called again to customer service, and again asked for American speaking person got a superviser, and told her my displeasure with their services and wanted to cancel them! and was told I could cancel, BUT I would have to pay them $300.00 dollars cancelation fee! ****! I told her all what took place with sales rep **** about telling him verbally what my intentions were if I wasn't happy and He never said I couldn't cancel, He said OK! didn't matter she sent me a contract email that I had signed on his dam cell phone, said sorry but we will charge your credit card a cancellation fee! So $70.00 per month x12 months but only service your house 6 times a year!! DONT USE THEM!!

      Worst customer service, never received treatment but continually pay for services not performed. When I called **** argued with me for 15 minutes and did not once apologize for any negligence just repeated back garbage. Says there technician was there for 40 minutes.. which is laughable, I have 3 accounts with them and everytime they come out it takes 5 minutes so for her to try and say that they were there for 40 minutes is ridiculous. Stay away from this company.
