      Worst company to deal with if using a payment plan. They are very unprofessional. I only used them 3 times and paid the loan off QUICK, but had an absolute horror of a time with ****** via chat. I had to ask a bunch of important questions about a potential vacation. EASY questions. ******** average response time for each message was 18 mins. So the conversation should have been under 3 mins, but took over 1 hour 30 minutes. During that time, someone else rented the home and my family lost the opportunity. ****** is an awful employee and should not be working in this industry. ********. Klarna should have offered us a special for what she put us through. Shame on Klarna.

      I purchased an online training program. Less than a month locked in and I had issues with it and the coach. 3 roads fitness.I contacted Klarna, sent screen shots and ** note, but got zero ******* refund ********* now locked in to pay over $2,200 regardless.Customer service is near ************* not use. Do not get online training programs either. Theyre copy and paste.

      Klarna are thieves. Robbed me of $282 for a ****** seat I returned. **** and the seller provided proof that they received the returned item and refunded the money back to Klarna, but they've been giving me the run around for almost a month saying they haven't received the refund. **** sent me proof that proves Klarna is lying. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN and good luck getting your money back if you ever have to return an item.

      DONT USE KLARNA! I TRIED USING KLARNA THRU ********* FOR **** * **** ORDER $114.90 ON 4/19/2025. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONIES ON A CANCELLED ORDER AND HAVENT REFUNDED YET! THEIR GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND! THEY DONT CARE EVEN IF YOUR DISABLED ON A FIXED INCOME!

      Klarna advertises businesses on their site that their not associated with. If you make a purchase and the item is defective or not as described. Klarna will not back you on the purchase. I purchased an item from Manlytshirt. It was not as described. I requested return address and return label several times, to no avail. Klarna requested a refund and return address and shipping label also and were ignored. Now Klarna wants to force me to pay for item from Manlytshirt, the company they advertise on their site with no transaction or return policy contract. I will never use Klarna again. And Manlytshirt has cheap, replica items, selling as authentic. BUYERS AND USERS OF MANLYTSHIT and KLARNA BEWARE!!!

      I would leave less than one star if I can. Try to avoid using Klarna to pay for items, these people have zero customer service. I purchased something using Klarna and it never arrived. I reported it immediately to Klarna and they informed me that I still had to pay for it regardless if I received it or not. This was a Frigidaire refrigerator and over $800. After I worked tirelessly with Frigidaire, they refunded Klarna all except the tax in the amount of $42.48. I could not get Frigidaire to refund the tax back to Klarna. I was charged a late fee, interest in the amount of $29.99 plus the $42.48 from Frigidaire. I could not get Klarna to work with me on the late fee or the interest on something I never got. I went ahead and paid the $72.47 to clear it off my account, but what a huge mess. So I basically had to pay for what I never received. Klarna is the worst! I have everything documented in a chat, stating that they would refund the late fee and the interest once ********** paid them back...and since there was a balance of $42.48 - they refused to do that. I am reporting them to the BBB but since they are based in *********** - it's useless. ****** learned. Affirm is a far better choice, or ******.

      Disappointed!! My shoe cost me only $75, I paid $35, and it shd be and $40 plus fee. Ohh NOOO they charged me $173 (fees) without my $35 first payment. Dont go Klarna again!

      I am giving this company a 1 star. Ive been dealing with the same unresolved issue since 2022, and Ive reached my limit with the lack of transparency and accountability from this company.Despite having a clean history with on-time payments, no outstanding balance, and previously being approved for spending power, my account has been continuously and automatically denied by AI with no explanationand no way to appeal or speak to someone with actual authority. Every time I apply or follow up, Im told someone will contact me to explain the decision. That has never happened. Not once.Instead, Im pushed around by generic responses and chatbots or agents reading from scripts who clearly dont have access to any real answers. Its insulting at this point. Ive followed every rule, been a responsible customer, and given this company plenty of chances to make it rightbut they continue to hide behind automated decisions and empty promises of ************ writing this review because my emails are being ignored, and this is the only way left for me to hopefully get the attention of someone who can actually resolve this issue. Im not looking for excusesIm asking for transparency, accountability, and a real person to contact me with a real solution.

      I used klarna to purchase some jeans from *****. The package ended up being delivered at the wrong house so I contacted Levis and they issued me a refund. They said it could take up to a week so I waited. Once I saw nothing has gone through klarna I reached out to them and they told me they havent received anything and to reach out to Levis. Once I contacted Levis again I sent klarna proof of the conversation, the email proving they issued a refund, and a screenshot from my account saying I was already issued a refund. Even with all that proof, Klarna still refused to give me a refund, and kept adding late fees. I have been going back and fourth since November of last year showing the same proof over and over and they still refuse to give me a refund. They said they see ***** has issued a refund for my order but they sent my debt to collections. Here we are in April and I have to contact collections to dispute it because klarna refuses to issue me a refund even though they admitted to seeing ***** already did it. I would never recommend klarna to anyone.
