    Stay far away from this company. They will scam you every way possible. They don’t cover work that is clearly listed as covered. When they cover small things, they say they will send a reimbursement check, but they don’t unless you call many times. They won’t allow you to speak to a supervisor. The phone reps claim they are the only ones in the building, when you can hear many others talking in the background. They cancel your service without telling you. When you can’t log in and call them to find out why, they say they don’t provide service in your area any longer. No notice at all. But when you call as a “new” customer to set up service in the same area, they are more than happy to give you a policy. I can’t say I have ever done business with such a scammy company in my life. Stay far away from this trash.

    This company should not be allowed to operate. I filed a claim, had an air conditioner company prepare an estimate and sent it to Amazon for approval. After that
    I was unable to get in touch with them. In the mean time, I noticed that the website indicated a problem with my account.
    Again I tried numerous times to get in touch with someone but they never answer the phone...they put you on hold and hang up. I noticed that they have stopped billing me.
    It seems when you file a claim they cancel you. This is the SECOND time this has happened.

    This is the worst home warranty out there. Been over 6 months and still have not settled my claim. Did not repair or replace my dishwasher, just wanted to send me money to cover the labor to install a new one and still have not received that. I recommend no one to buy this insurance.

    Originally when I purchased this warranty when it had a decent rating. Now that I have an issue and try to file a claim they are trying to say it's not covered when my contract states it is. This company is a scam. They will do anything to try to reword anything you say to them to make it seem like they can't cover it. Plus the people I have spoken too don't speak very good English. So I have to reword what I'm saying or ask them to say again many times. I wish I could give them 0 stars and get my money back.

    Amazon is a big scam.they keep trying to take money off my debt card I stopped the order they keep trying to take money off my card it's now locked I advised them if they proceed I will contact states district attorney

    By far the worst home warranty company around. Denied claims because my AC unit was deemed old. I fixed the problem myself - with elderly and pets in my home. Cannot speak to any manager to resolve issues. Refund check for prior appliance service for my garbage disposal unit not received in over 3 months. Deserved to be sued for not delivering on their service agreement.

    ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!!! ... the worst. It's hard to believe any company could be this bad. After I finally got 'my contractor' approved to get the work done that they'd delayed (again), it took them three months to pay the claim.
    In AUG'23 our A/C went out... we filed the claim immediately, took two HOT days to get a contractor two days to get here, and now nearly 21 days later, it's still not approved.
    That's THREE WEEKS with no A/C in the HOT HOT HOT Austin TX summer with triple-digit heat... people are dying from heat stroke, and this company could not care any less.
    OMG, we've called, we've begged, we've sent them all the pics and quotes three times, then sent them again and, as others have echoed, no one that we speak with ever has an answer 'it's escalated' ... but you told me last week it'd be approved the next day.
    Seven days later, still waiting, calling, begging. No one there speaks English as a first language, at least their 'customer disservice' department. As another above mentioned, class-action lawsuit should be started ASAP.
    This is far far beyond 'reasonable' even in today's day and age. I was hoping they'd get better but, so far, they only get worse by the day.
    All that's entirely my personal opinion and sharing our personal experiences with this company.

    The few times I had to fill out a claim it actually went okay, the technicians contacted me in a timely fashion and issues were corrected. The repairs I needed were not anything crazy, most intricate one was an exhaust fan in the shower that needed to be replaced. I was fortunate in that regard.
    I went to fill out a claim online for my air conditioner recently, only to be prompted on their website there was an issue with my account. Upon calling I was informed that my contract was cancelled due to AHW no longer servicing my area. I was never delinquint on any payments, and I was never provided any written notice (email or letter). I could have shopped around for another home warrantly had I known this was coming, but now I have a lapse in warranty coverage until 10/4 as there is a 30 day waiting period for all home warranties.
    When I called them a second time, the rep told me it was not his fault and he can't help me. He also said they already noted my file as being aware of the cancellation so there is nothing they can do. The verbiage in the contract states "This Contract shall be non-cancelable by Us, except for: (i) nonpayment of Contract fees; or (ii) fraud or
    misrepresentation of facts material to the issuance of this Contract." Unfortunately there are caveats for other states stating they must provided written notice, but not Illinois.
    What an unfortunate situation to be in. Never again, and I would recommed any prospective warranty customers to stay far away from them.

    Total fraud. Called about my warranty and they informed me that I have no coverage. Paid for it for 1 year. No claims submitted. Stay away from this company. NOT BBB credited. I would not even give them a one.

    By far in my lifetime, this is the worst service company I have ever worked with. You can't speak to anyone within the US and can't get resolution to anything. There needs to be a civil suit filed for all the unprocessed claims they hold.
    I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. I have had other home warranty companies with good service. Amazon has clearly let down their consumers with this division of their company.
