  **** ******** arrived on time, did a thorough check of our air conditioning system. He explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all my questions. He advised me of maintenance items that we should consider addressing in order for our system to keep us comfortable all summer long. Definitely will request his services again when it is time for our fall furnace inspection.

  Outstanding!! Sometimes it is difficult to put into words just how satisfied you can be when you have a visit like I had today. The Technician was very timely, knowledgeable, friendly; it was like having a favorite relative come for a visit. He accomplished what he came for, and suggested some future things to be done that will keep my system running at peak performance. I wish everyone could be like him. Thank you ***.

  ******** did an OUTSTANDING job of troubleshooting our problems. He was polite, courteous, and thorough. He arranged for a fan motor to be installed tomorrow. We highly recommend him.

  *** Technician ******** was here last week to do Spring Maintenance on our three properties.The experience was the same as what Ive come to expect from him and a couple of other *** Technicians that have helped us since weve been using CJS exclusively for the last couple of years!All have been prompt, well-spoken, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and informative!They have all been patient in answering my questions and have helped me understand what they were doing and the importance of regular routine maintenance.I am fully confident in the quality of work that *** has done for me and emphasize again what a positive experience it was having ******** in our home!

  High praise for our Tech, ********! I've been a CJS club member for years on end, and ******** came out to do the annual check on our AC this week. He saved us big time! He found that our AC's fan motor was non-functional, which could have caused damage to the compressor if the AC had been turned on for a while. Fortunately, we had the check done before weather necessitated AC use. ******** went to great lengths to replace the fan motor and ultimately the fan blade assembly itself, and worked hard to get the right parts and to come back the next day. When part availability left us without on AC on an almost 80 degree day, he offered (twice!) to go get a portable AC unit to lend to us (which was very nice, but totally not needed). He showed me photos of all of the read-out stats on the power usage, explained their significance, and made the whole repair and AC health check very transparent. I also had him clean a different fan blade deep inside the furnace - which is a lot of labor - but was needed to keep the furnace running properly. He took photos of the very dirty and then later very clean blower fan so I could see the difference. ******** has been the best of many very good techs we have had with CJS over the years, so we will continue to be members for a long time in the future.
