"Marshall the owner came to my residence to fix my refrigerator but he turned out to be very rude and disrespectful after i told him i didn't like his attitude upon entering my home. Upon entering he confronted me with attitude as to why I didn't respond to a text he sent me earlier that day telling me to have towels & bucket ready to soak up water on his job." ... "When I went in looking for appliances the man was very nice when taking my money he was very nice upon delivery he came off very unprofessional and rude the refrigerator he said needed to sit for an hour before plugging it up which is what I did however after letting a bottle of water stay in freezer for almost 12+ hrs it did not freeze when I contacted Marshall he again came off as very rude I went here because he had great reviews however I actually believe these reviews are lies probably just from people who know him personally I Do Not Recommend this business It's always our own kind trying to get over people always talking about support black business but it business owners like Marshall that make you think twice because of very very very poor customer service. I hung up from this man in tears and very angry."
