"I spoke with a representative today, who informed me that my account was with my previous employer and I would have had to roll over by March 31 in order for my benefit to take affect immediately and today is April 2 I informed her that I have a open case since April 26 and that part of this delay is due to the lack of responsiveness from MetLife, she transferred me to Brian K*** who was misinformed had misinformation, and when I corrected it, he showed no interest in that he was very rude, abrasive and dismissive seemingly and took no interest in the facts.
