    My Company has used Kloud9 for a few years now and I absolutely love their service, anytime I've ever had an issue whatsoever Jorge along with Jacob and the Kloud9 staff took care of it immediately, these guys provide such an essential service to our company I wouldn't ever want to be without it, I really can't say enough about them and the awesome quick service Jorge and Jacob have provided for us, I'm really grateful that we decided to use them and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

    Timely and professional services from Jacob Luna. We were locked out of signing on to our Church Windows software service that was put on the Kloud six months earlier. Jacob was able to reconnect us to the accounting software immediately allowing us to not fall behind in recording transactions. Best IT support in the 25 years of providing accounting services. ***** *

    While there was consistent communication, the services did not fit my needs and we were unable to come to an agreement. Many of the hours purchased were wasted on lengthy emails that were not necessary and took away from actual IT services being provided.
