    My company has used Kloud 9 for the past 6 years and its been absolutely excellant service, they are quick with responding to any technical issues I've had, Jorge, Jacob and Mark along with the staff at Kloud 9 have been great, I would absolutely refer all my friends to use kloud 9, their service can't be beat!

    I do NOT recommend this company. They take over all of your computer equipment and make you totally dependent upon them. They are slow to get back to you and quite frankly, not very professional. Avoid the frustration and stay away from this company.

    *** *********** ****************** You need to pay your bills, and honor your agreements, or you get shut off for non-payment. Imagine not paying your bills, then making a bad review when you get shut off.

    I have been a Kloud 9 customer for the last 5 yrs and I wouldn't wanna use any other service besides them. Mark ******** and the team at Kloud 9 have been beyond helpful to our company. I've called them whenever I've had any issues and Mark has worked tirelessly to get my issues resolved, between Mark, Jorge, Jacob and the rest of the Kloud 9 staff I feel at ease with any IT stuff because I know they have my back. what a great service, Thanks again Kloud 9!
