My experience was very good. Had to wait awhile for my door to be manufactured. But measurements were spot on and installation was expertly done. Not cheap but great outcome. I recommend them highly.Review fromJudy S

Gilkey installed 4 different type windows in my 30+ year old townhouse in June 2022. The windows are of very high quality as promised and promoted and the installation team was professional and excellent making sure that the windows were installed correctly & securely adjusting for all the quirks and anomalies of my house. My kitchen casement windows have built-in blinds - at installation I found out that to access the sliding/adjustment mechanism for the blind the screen must be removed. In my case this presents a difficulty to fully enjoy the built-in blind design. It would be very good if this information was included in the brochures and literature etc. to help a customer make a fully informed window choice. Also the sliding mechanism is very stiff and jerky - I have been told this will loosen up with use and if not is fully covered under the 10 year warranty - showing how well the company stands by its products.Gilkey Window Company Inc.

We have already began reprinting our blind brochure to include a note about the casement screen removal issue. As mentioned, your blinds are warranted for 10 years so please let us know if your blind movement does not improve with use.Review fromElizabeth S

We had Gilkey replace very old windows in our home, so we were obviously thrilled about that, but the whole experience was incredible. When the windows were ready to be installed, we got a call to set up install. The guys that showed up didn't set foot in our house before laying down floor coverings everywhere they were going to be. This was above and beyond what we had anticipated and still can't get over it! The guys worked quickly and the windows look great! They open so easily and are very high quality. We are so thrilled with Gilkey!
