Excellent service all around. **** our sales rep, was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and concerns. Our installation crew was very professional. We were kept in the loop with each stage Of the process. We researched several companies and know we made the right choice with Gilkey.

Replacing our old windows with new Gilkey windows was a very pleasant experience. The salesman was pleasant with no pressure. The installers were awesome. They were pleasant and very conscientious about keeping everything neat inside and outside the house. Everyone at customer service was great professional, and friendly, always. The installation process was also excellent, and the installer was very capable and careful with his work. Service has went down hill when they switch people, the Guy knew what he was talking about, he took pride in his work. the lady they have now is not worth anything. they need to bring back they guy they had beforeGilkey Window Company Inc.

I had two fiberglass patio doors installed, one which was 10 long and was three panel, I now have two panels with triple pane glass. What a great upgrade from what we had. They move like butter on these big stainless steel wheels, and the warmth in our family room is hugely noticeable in the winter. A big plus was the sound deadening of the glass, as we could barely hear our neighbors fireworks behind us the past 4th of July.We would highly recommend Gilkey to our friends!Review fromMichael M

Purchased Gilkey windows and they have a design flaw that requires me to have the main weather stripping seal replaced every year or two at $100 per service call. Furthermore, the company only gives a 14 day warranty over the service they perform. In other words, the windows are bad and the service is worse. I contacted the company, but all they can say is "sorry". Yes, I am sorry that I purchased windows from Gilkey!Gilkey Window Company Inc.

*******,We appreciate your taking the time to give us feedback on your Gilkey windows. However, you have misleading information in your review that Gilkey would like to address. Your windows were installed over 17 years ago. Weatherstripping is a wear and tear item that we will replace under the terms of your lifetime warranty, there is no charge for parts. Your warranty states that after 5 years there will be a nominal trip charge for the remainder of your warranty. The trip charge takes care of all warrantied items at the time of your appointment regardless of the number of items that need to be fixed. An additional trip charge may be requested at a later date at the discretion of the service manager based on the time from your previous service needs. In your case, it has been 7 years since a previous service was performed. Therefore, a trip charge of $100 is a small price to pay for a qualified Gilkey service technician to come fix wear and tear items after 17 years of use. Gilkey is a family owned and operated company that manufactures, installs and services their products with pride. Thank you for being one of Gilkey's valued customers.Review fromGulden A.

Order 14 window replacements 21 weeks ago and they have delivered nothing. They do not communicate with you and only after I called did they agree in install the windows but they didn't show up! All the furniture and window treatments has been moved and the house is currently not liveable.Gilkey Window Company Inc.
