I have yet to have a good technical support experience with Paycor. Last week I tried to reach them by telephone and was automatically placed on hold and left there. After 26 minutes on hold, still no one had answered the call and I couldn't even leave a voice message. I've reached out by email three times with no response, except for a an automated response that said they were "actively working on your request and will respond with a resolution as soon as possible." That started last week. This is a company-wide payroll issue that we need help fixing. For this immediate issue, and for many others in the past, I give Paycor a "zero star" rating.Paycor, Inc.

Hi ****, I took a look at your account, and I saw that you emailed us on 01/23/23 about a new accrual policy. I see that a customer advocate emailed you back on 01/23/23 with the form needed to create a new accrual and that you returned the form. My company has been with Paycor for many years, and we have always had a great experience. Today was no exception. I worked with Kelsey in customer service on a complex tax issue and she was immediately able to identify the problem and gave me a list of resources to correct my error. In the end Paycor once again save us a lot of money and headache down the road.Paycor, Inc.

I found this to be the most inept company. Salesman made promises that they didn't follow through on and admitted he is not knowledgeable about the system. Support was just as bad. Answer like - hmmm - I've never seen that before and I don't know how to fix. My favorite was - we don't know how to do local taxes so your going to have to call the local agency and figure it out. They continued to bill us for payroll services for months after they stopped doing services. The system was down routinely. The made several errors on our tax returns that are still being corrected. I couldn't switch fast enough.Paycor, Inc.

Terrible company. Things have rapidly gone downhill in the last year. Nothing works correctly on the website. Customer support is non existent. Products are very expensive compared to other HCM companies. I have had a case opened with their Client Service Support, and I cannot get a response. The only person that contacts me is my account rep that is just trying sell me more useless products. Very disappointed that we spend so much money monthly on their services and literally nothing works. You might as well just throw your money in the trash.Paycor, Inc.

Just like true Paycor fashion, nobody has reached out to me because nobody cares. Still having tons of issues, nobody responds to emails, support tickets or you can't get anyone on the phone. You can do live chat, but those people do not know anything and refer you to call.Review fromAustin A

5 years ago i was referred by my bank and I paid $79 monthly for their minimum services with no serious issues. Every year they increased just by a few dollars and it seemed ok since I do understand the state of our economy but then, This past October they raised their rates with no warning to $250. This is very hard on a small business and no regards to how a small business budgets especially coming out of a pandemic. When I asked for clarification they simply said we decided to bundle everyone’s accounts.. no breakdown and no warning. They offered a plan today at $99 +$5 per employee which would end up costing me about the same @$250. This is the basic plan of just direct deposit? Again we are a very small business and max our monthly employee compensation between $2,500-3k I’m furious over the 150% increase without the opportunity to close my account. Getting out of their services is an even bigger headache then I ever anticipated. I’ve done my research and there are other options with better rates and better customer communication. This is why so many people opt to use ***** or ***** to pay their employees and prefer the pain of handling their own book keeping.Paycor, Inc.

I took a look and saw that this price increase was communicated with the primary contact on your account as well as a breakdown of fees 30+ days before the increase. Unfortunately, the current pricing model you had has expired and the new subscription pricing has been set. We are unable to make adjustments to this new pricing. This new pricing model has many products and services you can take advantage of. You can leverage these products after logging in to Get Help and locate the My Bundle module. You will also have the peace of mind knowing exactly what your payroll costs will be each month. Very happy my organization uses Paycor, we are a small/medium client and just needed some help with payroll, but Paycor ended up helping us with a lot more when we started using talent development. I also really like how they helped to make sure we were taxing our employees correctly, especially those working out of state remotely. The system is very intuitive, but they also have lots of resources to help out. My only complaint is that their reporting could be a bit more robust. As my company grows, I hope Paycor continues to invest in upgrades and new features!Paycor, Inc.

Far below average all the way around. We canceled service with Paycor the end of 2021, They filed 1st Qtr Taxes (as zeros) which threw a wrench in the correct filing of our taxes by our new payroll company. They continued to withdraw service/processing fees from on of our companies FOR EIGHT MONTHS and we have yet to see a refund. Service tickets are never answered. Speaking to a human is out of the question and if you are lucky enough to get one on the line, they can never help ad they tell you it will be resolved in 8-10 weeks. Emails are bounced with an out of office response. Not really sure if anyone even works there. They do not know the difference in a Roth and 401k deferral. Actually put deferrals in Match. Was never able to deduct PTO from Wages. Nothing ever calculated. Most horrible company I have ever dealt with. Save your money - do not sign with this company.Paycor, Inc.

I also see that our service team has made you aware that your new provider would need to be the one to correct this as Paycor would not have the accurate totals. I cannot imagine getting worse customer service anywhere else. I hired them to do my payroll and right off the start as soon as I signed up all communication stopped. The worst salesman I've ever dealt with, *************************** just wanted to sign me up and then let me suffer through one problem after another. I had reached out to him on multiple occasions with no response. Once you sign up you are on your own! They claim that they take care of everything but let me tell you it's a full-time job making sure they do anything. I called because they messed up my payroll and was on hold for 58 minutes until I talked with someone. If you think that hiring them will save time, no, just the opposite.Paycor, Inc.
