I have made several attempts to contact customer service. They accepted my payments throughout the pandemic, but now, as I'd like to pay the fee again, there is no contact. I have emailed several times, called their office to hear the same message repeatedly and have had no response. Even the number of their office manager listed on the BBB page is just the sound of a busy signal. This is so disappointing that I've expected this company to do their job and they cannot provide basic customer service. I am locked out of my account since my password expired. I am unable to change the password since it says my recall of my initial password is incorrect so I cannot advance. Help!

We apologize for any inconvenience being unable to log in caused Mrs. ****** Our records indicate that she could log in to the portal and make a payment shortly after a representative attempted to contact her and left a message. Fiducius has reviewed all contact information with the BBB to ensure accuracy and avoid future communication problems. A representative scheduled a meeting with Mrs. ***** and was able to speak with her to review her account details and next steps. Fiducius believes she is satisfied with her services, and we look forward to working with her for many more years.

Can't even get a consultation. The service was recommended by my employer, so I created an account and uploaded all the required documents. I waited for a couple weeks. After not hearing anything, I sent a message asking what the next steps were. They sent a message saying I wasn't eligible for the ****. I already know I'm not eligible for the ****. I never asked about the ****. I just wanted to see what other options/services they provide, if any. Or do they only work with people eligible for the **** program? I sent another message saying I was interested in what other options they provide. Still waiting. So confusing and not helpful at all. Not a great first impression.

We apologize for any confusion. Fiducius assists borrowers with student loan solutions, mainly the ************** Loan Forgiveness Program. Based on the general information provided, we could not assist in providing better options than what she is currently doing. Since we charge a fee for our services to the borrower or an employer, we only want to offer a product or service when necessary. We provided an email stating that if income, household, or employment changed, to let us know, but at this time, our services would not work. Since this original communication, there is a new option available. We will review her information again to see if the new program would be an option for her. We will contact her and move forward if appropriate.

I have used their services for many years. This year I am having major issues with their website and getting all the paperwork submitted correctly. I have paid the fee and yet, my stuff still isn't completed. I have tried reaching out through their contact us but have gotten anywhere. They no longer have a direct line to call. You have to sit and wait for them to contact you, which still hasn't happened over the past month. It seems like once they have their fee, they could care less if they actually help you or not.

Mrs. ******* has been a valued client for over nine years; we appreciate her loyalty for all these years. On May 2nd, the fee was paid, and documentation was completed; a question was asked through the Contact Us request and was answered the following day. On May 16th, another Contact Us request was submitted requesting that a representative contact her, and she provided times that she was available. The next day, a representative contacted her during the timeframe that was asked two times. Unfortunately, we could not connect, and the representative left two voicemails and sent an email providing directions on how to log on to the portal and schedule a time to discuss any questions or concerns regarding her loans or account. Fiducius plans phone calls with clients for the specialized person or group of representatives to answer questions appropriate to the specific account. Planning allows Fiducius to dedicate time specifically to the client without the client feeling rushed. For over three years, Fiducius has supported clients in this manner. On May 30th, a dedicated time was scheduled to answer all questions and concerns regarding the account for the following week. A member of management spoke with Mrs. Pontius before the scheduled meeting to answer and address the urgent questions. Fiducius believes she is satisfied and looks forward to working with her for many years to come.

Signed up with these people five years ago and paid upfront. They claimed to help me through the enitre PSLF process and even convinced me to take out more loans in the process of getting my masters in education. When covid hit, they stopped taking phone calls all together. My representiative refused to email me back and I had to figure everything out on my own. They never helped with the switch to Mohela and never have been in contact after receiving my check. They are a complete scam of a company. They basically stole almost 1500 dollars from me for a simple meeting and a packet of paperwork I was to use to do everything myself.

Signed up with them in 2016. Was supposed to be on the Public Servant Forgiveness program with the Income Adjusted Payment. Here it is, 2022, my loan amount has increased due to fees/interest and I keep getting told (via email) to send in my Employment Verification forms. Which I did. Still nothing. Now they need all the paperwork again? Just sent in in August. Have no clue what my status is, what my payments are, was even told in a letter by someone I stopped qualifying for the PSLF program I'd been in for the last 6 years. $250 for no answers. Should've done this myself. Can't wait to see their 'customer started in....as advised by employer....' response, and for the record, I wasn't advised by my employer to use them. That would be a lie.

************** signed up for our services in November 2016 per a past employer's suggestion. We have explained to her which employer suggested our services. The loan balance can increase while participating in the ************** Program due to the income-driven payment being lower than the interest accruing. However, any interest accrued while participating in the **** program will also be forgiven. In addition, all loan payments have been on hold since 3/13/2020, and interest has not accrued during the CARES Act forbearance. A manager has spoken with her, and Fiducius believes she is satisfied with her account status.

It's funny someone responds to these reviews but yet no one responds to the actual client! I have been trying to reach someone and/or get a response to my emails for 6 months...what other company gets away with that? Absolutely unacceptable on all levels. Paying them for service and I cannot get one question answered...and their website has constant glitches. I like to give them a negative rating and do not recommend them to anyone.

**************** signed up for services in November 2016 per the suggestion of her employer for Fiducius to guide her through the participation of the ************** Loan Forgiveness Program. Annually, she has chosen Fiducius to assist in the annual recertification to remain in compliance. She had requested assistance through a Contact Us request Friday afternoon, 10/14; unfortunately, due to the weekend, we could not return her call until Monday at 9:00 AM. We then left a message for her to return our call. Upon the receipt of this comment, a manager also contacted **************** to answer any questions she may have and was able to speak with her Monday afternoon. Upon speaking with a manager, the manager discovered that the email on file for **************** was outdated. The manager updated her email address, and all her questions and concerns were discussed and resolved. Fiducius believes she is now satisfied with the services.
