DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.The company knows what you need to do and how to do everything they promise. All workers are very informative and are a pleasure to talk to. However, that's where the good ends with the company. Like most other reviews, the customer service is almost nonexistent unless you are willing to wait weeks on end for any kind of conversation with a person. You can do daily emails that easily turn into weeks of work on your end and not theirs. If my employer was not paying for this service for us, I would never use them again as they have made student loans much more confusing and stressful. Save yourself time and learn how to submit everything on your own. You will have better luck calling your loan servicer and talking with them about what needs to be done and handled with anything about your student loans. Would never recommend Fiducius to a friend.Fiducius

As this customer indicates, our team was in regular contact via email regarding their inquiries. Unfortunately, the root cause of their frustration was due to recent Federal student loan legal proceedings which blocked particular repayment plans and subsequently disabled the application altogether. Our **************** Manager reached out to the customer immediately after receiving this complaint and was able to speak over the phone. Our manager was able to better explain the situation and provide guidance on next steps. We believe this matter has been resolved and the customer is satisfied with the plan moving forward after speaking with him over the phone.R. M.

As stated, I am now being helped and am glad that I was able to get in phone contact with someone for my issues. My initial frustration still stands, though, as getting a phone call to resolve problems is much faster. I had to jump through many hoops and even make a post here to get a call with someone promptly. I understand that others may want to talk through email, and this is sufficient for them, but others like me would rather have a conversation over the phone, and it seems like the company is not set up for this interaction for the number of customers they are taking on. To make things short. As a customer, it would be more helpful if phone contact could be made without the lengthy process currently being practiced.Review fromLyndsey M

I enrolled with Fiducius on a recommendation from my employer. I have never fully understood the burrowing or repaying process so having someone help me through the process was huge. I have been working with Fiducius for about 4 years now. They have always been helpful when walking me through the steps I need to complete. The only reason I did not give 5 starts is ever since the pandemic they will not take phone calls. It would be helpful if that changed. On the other hand I am very happy with the help and communication I did receive. They will fight for you if your loan servicer is not giving you what you are entitled to and that, in my book, is worth paying a fee for! If you are not able to get ahold of them by phone send an email on your Fiducius account requesting a phone call from them, make sure you select “Other” as the reason. They always called me within about 24 hours.Review fromJodi J

0 Stars. After seeing this company came recommended by my employer I attended the informational webinar. The thought of having someone else to handle all of the forms and paperwork and confusing work that went along with the proposed loan forgiveness sounded like a huge weight off my shoulders. After taking my payment of $1,095 I did not hear from them again. I basically paid almost $1,200 for a page to house all of the documents for me (which the federal student aid website already does). I was notified just before the deadline that my submissions I had made MONTHS prior were not valid and had to be redone. I reached out MULTIPLE times for support and could not get ahold of anyone. I mentioned these concerns to my employer and they didn't even realize Fiducius was asking people for money for their services. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!Fiducius

Mrs. ******** signed up for services in July 2022. Fiducius provides step-by-step instructions customized to the client’s situation and allows clients to work at their own pace with Fiducius here for support. When it was getting close to the deadline for one of the Department of Education’s limited extension programs, we noticed that six times over several days, Mrs. ******** had submitted documents that were not completed. We communicated this information to her in October 2022, nearly a year ago. She then wanted to submit that document to the loan servicer directly. We received one email from her prior on September 6th, 2022, regarding a loan question that we responded to on September 7th, 2022. Since then, we have been waiting for her to complete the rest of the steps on her to-do list at her own pace and are here to answer any questions or concerns she may have. We have not received any emails or communications from her since October 2022. A manager reached out to her and left a voicemail with his information so that he could answer any questions she may have so we could move forward.Review fromJames S

I have literally contacted this company numerous times with no response! But they have no problem taking my money and my wifes.... then asking for it again even though is had been paid! The fact of the matter is this company is useless considering I do 99 percent of the work for them and they just collect a payment. If you log into the actual loan servicer you use they guide you step by step in the process of filling out most forms. I won't be fooled again they got my money this time not next year ill be filing the paperwork by myself. I wish I could give them zero stars but I can't DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Fiducius

Mr. and *************** have been valued clients for almost 5 years. During those 5 years, we have communicated several times with Mr. and *************** and have completed all steps side-by-side with them for their student loans. Fiducius reminded Mr. and **************** to complete the annual review process in September. They immediately paid their fees. An error with our internal system caused us to be unaware of the payment on Mrs. ****** account. Since the system did not recognize that her payment was made, emails continued to be sent to her requesting payment to be made. Fiducius is working to ensure that the error does not occur again. On September 10th and September 17th, Fiducius received Contact Us request emails from *************** with questions regarding her account. For the question to be directed to the proper representative to assist effectively, a follow-up question was asked immediately upon receiving the email. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from either of those follow-up questions. We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration the payment not being recognized may have caused to Mr. and ***************. Mr. ****** payment was received and applied to his account immediately. A manager contacted Mr. and ***************, apologized for the error, and offered credit toward next years renewal fee for the inconvenience. We hope to hear from Mr. or *************** to review Mrs. ****** account and discuss how to move forward. Fiducius again apologizes for the inconvenience.Review fromArika L

I have sent multiple emails and contact request in with no response. The phone number listed no longer works. I am very upset with the lack of communication. They took my $249 payment and no response from them at all.Fiducius

Fiducius greatly apologizes to ****************** for any delay in communications. Our system had an error due to her starting and stopping her payment with a day in between. We are researching the issue. However, she could access all documents and submit the necessary paperwork after payment. There was no delay in her access after payment was received. A member of management was able to speak with her, confirm that her payment was made, and answer any questions or concerns she may have. Fiducius believes she is satisfied with her services and can move forward.Review fromLauryn B

0 stars. I have paid this company almost $900 to consolidate my student loans and now I cant get in contact with them. My bank blocked my final payment to them for the fee they charge to consolidate student loans.Fiducius

Mrs. ****** signed up in May per the suggestion of their employer, who has a partnership with Fiducius to assist employees with their financial wellness. Fiducius provided Mrs. ****** with a detailed financial wellness plan that included consolidation of student loans. She chose to allow Fiducius to execute the wellness plan that included a fee for service. Mrs. ****** confirmed that the consolidation was completed on 6/5/2023. In addition, she confirmed the final step in the wellness plan was completed on 7/7/2023. Fiducius received a Contact Us request the day before this comment was made and sent an email to get further information. We did not hear back from Mrs. ******. Fiducius will contact Mrs. ****** again and help answer any questions or concerns she may have.Review fromErnestine D

What a scam Fiducius has been. After sending them $250 over a five year period. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CALL NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS YOU POSE IN THEIR SITE. I'm mad as ****Fiducius

*************** has been a valued client since January 2018. Fiducius is very concerned that she would claim that our services are a scam after all the interactions that we have had over the years. She stated that questions were not responded to. We searched all our methods of communication and discovered one Contact Us request from her from 9/13/2023 at 12:00 p.m., the same day that this comment was made. Due to the question asked, an immediate response was not possible. Typically, questions are answered within ***** hours. A member of management was able to speak with *************** and was able to answer all her questions. She mentioned that she thought Fiducius would take a long time to answer her question. Fiducius believes she is satisfied with her services.Review fromAmy M

I originally started using this program back when it was ISLS---in which customer service and the help I received was amazing. I would always speak to someone who would answer even the silliest questions, they would look over every document and tell me what I needed to fix, and/or I would always have a way to contact someone for help. The last few years have been terrible with this company. I have pretty much done the whole process myself the last few years so I am not sure why I have been paying the $250 fee. Most recently I recertified in February. Paid the fee and submitted all of my forms. Even after doing that I still had to talk to a representative from MOEHLA about a mistake the fiducius did not catch. Recently I have been getting emails seeing that it is time to re-certify~which it is not since I only have to do it once a year. I have tried "contact us", emailing, and calling the number at all hours. I keep getting the recorded message and can never actually get an actual person. I also have not received any messages on the portal or in my email. I can't even schedule a time with an advisor. It is very frustrating as a person who has shared this program with others and "how great they were". I am still hoping to talk to anyone from this company.Fiducius

We apologize that *************** feels that the service relating to Fiducius and ISLS name change has changed. She has been a valued client for six years. Any process change was unrelated to the name change. The same team that assisted *************** years prior is here to assist during her process. Regarding how documents are submitted via step-by-step instructions customized to the clients situation, clients can work at their own pace with Fiducius here for support. We received an email on 8/27 and replied the same day asking for more information to direct Mrs.****** question to the proper team member to assist her. Since this message was submitted, a team member has spoken with her and answered her questions regarding her student loans, forgiveness, and how to move forward. Fiducius believes she is satisfied with her services.Review fromDani S

My employer recommended them, and I created an account. During the pandemic I was paying promptly the fee and uploading employment recertification documentation. Every attempt I have made to contact them (via phone, email, web) has been unsuccessful. Their customer service is NONEXCISTENT!!!! I have made numerous attempts to change my password to enter my account; I have never received the e-mail with instructions (that was supposed to take up to a few minutes to arrive and is active for 45 minutes), nor I was able to contact them for login assistance on the designated e-mail!!! I am so disappointed with my employer for offering/advising such dishonest and fake service provider! Do not get INVOLVE with those scammers!!!!Fiducius

Mrs. ******* *** been a valued client for several years after signing up at her employer's suggestion. We greatly apologize that she has had problems logging into her portal. Our records indicate that before August 9, 2023, she could log on to the portal. Fiducius did receive an email on August 12 requesting log-in assistance to the designated email that Mrs. ******* is referring to. A response was immediately sent to her via email asking for further information and options to pick to assist further. We did not receive a reply with the additional information needed to help her log in. In addition to the email she sent to the dedicated mailbox, there is a forgot password link on the portal to assist in resetting her password. That link was clicked, and an email was sent to her five times: 8/9, 8/10, 8/12, and two on 8/28. The emails may be being sent to trash or spam. A team member has contacted Mrs. ******* and left a voicemail on reaching Fiducius so we can move forward.Review fromElizabeth D

Fiducius properly screwed me over by encouraging me to take out additional college loans for a Master's degree, misleading me to believe they would be paid off at the same time that my Bachelor's degree loans were forgiven (after 120 payments), which is entirely untrue. Not only did I go through a lot of undue stress and work to get the Master's degree, but now I am saddled with having to stay in a profession (as a teacher) which I was planning to LEAVE after 10 years! My master's degree loan will require an additional 10 years of payment.I know this sounds common sense, but the Fiducius rep even showed me a chart and the numbers showing that I would not have to pay a cent toward the Master's degree. She even encouraged me to take out extra money that I didn't really need to because it was going to be paid off through forgiveness! Now I have to stay another 10 years in a career I was planning to leave just to get forgiveness on a loan for a degree I didn't even want! Fiducius said I may as well get another degree because it would be like getting a degree for free. I was entirely mislead, and this advice has led to serious negative financial, physical, and mental health consequences for my family and me. I wish I had never hired Fiducius. Everytime I had paperwork to complete, it was faster and easier for me to submit the paperwork myself through the official channels rather than through Fiducius. Fiducius was a time-consuming middle man that I'd like to sue.Fiducius

************** contacted Fiducius (ISLoan Solutions at the time) in April of 2017 with the suggestion of her employer at that time to assist with student loans and future education needs. After detailed conversations over the phone and via email with an advisor, she decided in September 2017 to sign up to allow Fiducius (ISLoan Solutions) to manage her student loans. She indicated in this communication that she returned to school and the advisor showed her a chart and numbers showing her that she would not have to pay for the masters degree. That is correct. She was provided with a ten-year repayment plan to follow once she completed school and was ready to begin payments. With the repayment plan that was shown, the student loan balance does not reflect the payment. The payment would have been the same regardless of the student loan balance she had. Once repayment begins, 2, 5, or 7 years later, the ten-year repayment plan would begin. In addition to the ten-year repayment plan/chart provided, several email exchanges took place between ************** and her advisor to answer any questions regarding the program and how repayment worked. On two separate occasions, on 5/26/2017 and 9/18/2017, the advisor stated in an email that since she was borrowing new loans again, those new loans would also require 120 months for forgiveness.Fiducius is aware that a lot has happened regarding student loans recently, and recalling a conversation or retaining email conversations from over six years ago is impossible. We hope to assist ************** with her student loans and future employment needs. A member of management has contacted **************. They are currently scheduling a time that works with both schedules to review her student loan and professional goals and how to move forward. We look forward to assisting in further involvement in the ************** Loan Forgiveness program for many years.
