Don't fall for the rebates printed on your grocery receipts as they do not give the details. The P&G offer said to qualify $40 purchase between specific dates to qualify but did not state that it had to be made in one purchase on one receipt. I made several purchases during the time frame given and had several receipts and it was denied. Impossible to contact P & G company as I was given to incorrect departments multiple times and hung up on as well. I won't bother with filing a complaint with the BBB as it they never respond as I have filed a complaint on ***** with proof and never heard from them. A total waste of time and money!

I purchased a tube of Crest toothpaste and the tube had more air than product!! I noticed when I first opened a big air bubble came out. Then ever time I used the toothpaste air would come out and then toothpaste would spurt out!! I know how long my toothbrush would last and whats left after using the tube is ridiculously not right! I would say more than 1/2 of the tube was air! Stop ripping the people like me off and fill the tubes up with product!! I shouldve taken it back when the air bubble came out first thing but didnt! ! Not realizing the whole tube was full of air. I would like my money back!!

After having a problem with a can of Microban spray being full but not spraying and as such being a waste of money I called their "Questions or Comments?" number on the can. The person who answered took my complaint but what I received in the mail was not a coupon for a replacement can or a check but a debit card from something called northland.com/consumercare and a bank called ******* Banks, N.A. I followed the registration process and went to ****** and tried to use the amount on the debit card towards the purchase amount. I tried this four times on 2 different registers and the service desk person even came over and couldn't get it to work. I called P&G again and the person told me I had to call the card issuer so I called ...they didn't even have an option to speak to a person so I just kept pressing 0 over and over! Finally someone answered but it was so unintelligible I had to ask them twice to speak up! Finally what they told me was unbelievable!: if the amount is greater than the amount on the card you have to pay that first! Does that make any sense at all? I called P&G again but finally just hung up on them.

Stop with the deceptive packaging and sale practices during these times of INFLATION. I paid $6.00 for a bottle of Downy light OCEAN mist scent booster. To my dismay the bottle was half full. Im returning this item to ** for a refund.

Well I fell for their scam. They got me once but never again.I am a ***'s club member. In a recent mailing it was advertised that if $50 was spent on specific P&G products then a $15 rebate would be issued. I spent the $50 as instructed on products that I use but did not need at this time but would use in the future. I tried to claim the rebate, - what an ordeal. You cannot claim the rebate unless you have a P&G A/C. OK, - then I will start a account.I performed the questionnaire to open an A/C to be told that I must disable my Ad blocker to submit that application. That is where I said NO MORE. I will now boycott in perpetuity.

At my dentist recommendation, I purchased an oral b electric toothbrush from Oral B website. I changed my mind on purchase and returned unopened box according to instructions. A month later I receive a post card in the mail stating “the product purchased is not valid for this offer”. And then gives you a phone number to call . Funny, just got through to the number finally and Laura stated this was an error on their end and is forwarding my info to “review team” which will take 7 to 10 days to review. Avoid the aggravation and don’t purchase through Oral B website!

I purchased an electric Oral B toothbrush from Shoppers Drug mart last week. The box which indicates the toothbrush is Oral-B Pro 400 Vitality is marked as made in Germany. However, the handle of the toothbrush is marked as type 3710 and made in the USA while the base is type 3757 also made in the USA that means one unit bearing different types numbers. What is more, the box indicates the toothbrush has two modes, while there is only one mode. I tried to complain to Oral B; however, nowhere it is possible to find an email address to contact this company. I believe that marking the box as made in Germany while the product was made in the USA it is a deceiving and dishonest trade practice leading to deceive the customer. Furthermore, I request BBB reviews this case and take the necessary measures to ensure the public in general is not victim of fraud.

At 1st i was bummed cuz i really luvd the new dry spray,& 2 different times the bottle stopped spraying about 1/2 way or more from being empty. So, i was very unhappy as each can was over $7.00 ea. I emailed the company to tell them that this keeps happening, & how frustrated i was. Not thinking they would ever do anything about it. But, i was very surprised & happy that they wanted to make it up to me. And they did, by reimbursing me. The new dry spray is the only deoderant that i luv that not only smells good, but works the best. So, thnx p&g, i appreciate you!!

Wow, what a disappointing day. We received a notification this morning in the Lumi app that you are no longer supporting the device so we won't be able to use it anymore after March 31. Our baby monitor still works fine and I'm confused why you would choose to prevent me from using my device when it still works. I totally get not supporting/repairing devices but to turn them off when they still work feels pretty gross. The lesson I have learned here is that I can't actually trust Pampers to stand behind their products. Not sure that's what you were going for but that's certainly the headline from the company.
