I experienced a serious chemical burn from an *** ***** roll-on deodorant product, and after doing some research, I discovered that I am far from the only person affected by this issue. Numerous others have reported similar reactions. I reached out to the company, expecting a responsible response or at least an acknowledgment of the harm caused. Instead, I was sent a coupon for a free deodorant the very product that caused my injury. This response was not only dismissive, but it also showed a clear lack of concern for customer safety and well-being. I will not be using their products again and strongly urge others to proceed with caution. A coupon is not an appropriate remedy for a chemical burn.

I have attempted to call Oral B and have contacted them through their online chat agent with absolutely no response. On the number ***********2, the recording is saying no one is available as they are in training. I have put chat inquiries on their site and that service is horrible as no chat agents are available for the past 3 weeks. I only have 60 days to return the item and it seems like they offer a money back guarantee but its just advertised and not a true service they actually offer. If you go to the money back guarantee link on their page it will not work. Due to the inability to respond, and providing false customer service, I will be leaving reviews on *******, ******* and every single place oral b's products are listed.

Im complaining first with ***** toothpaste! The tubes are half full and the other half is air because squeezing the tube makes toothpaste come out like a splatter after air pockets! The last 3 tubes have been same??. This is the whitening With baking soda (been using for years)! Next complaint is your Angel **** toilet tissue!! WHY is the tissue thinner than it has been?? Its soooo thin your fingers are ripping through as you wipe!! I have been using this brand for at least 4 years and have a piece from 2 months (my stash from spare bathroom) and compared to my recent purchase of same exact product and the thickness is definitely thinner!! Its like the same as in public bathrooms.not good at all!! *** is going on?? Pay more for less quantity and quality!! Not happycan you fix this Procter &Gamble? Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and we're sorry to hear of your experienced with Crest. We know the product might seem not full due to air pockets, but we can assure you that our containers are filled by weight to make certain our customers receive the full amount of product.

The main reason for the air pockets is that the product is filled into the tube via the open crimped end, which needs to be sealed afterwards. The airspace ensures that the product is not in contact with the crimp during this sealing process. There is no air pressed into the product intentionally. When you squeeze the product out of the tube, the air is mixed into the product, forming air pockets and at times, the product texture prevents the product from flowing back into these air pockets. The air pockets can cause a broken pattern when dispensing.

To help, try squeezing the tube a few times with the lid on to get the cream/paste up to the top of the tube.

Please know ***** **** is not a P&G product, so we're unable to address your concerns regarding it.

We hope you'll contact us directly in the future.

After reading positive reviews and comments of this product(Mielle). I was happy to have finally found a product for african american natural grey hair. I started using Mielle Hawaiian Ginger Shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner a year ago. I wash and conditioned my hair every two weeks. I couldnt understand why my hair was breaking off. I certainly didn't think it was Mielle products. I was wrong. However, after researching and speaking to others regarding my concerns of my hair breakage. I am not alone based on the information I found as well as the class action law suit. I was told that the original owners ******* and ****** ********* did a acquisition in the year of 2023 with Proctor and Gamble. I am devastated with my hair breakage. Please help.

Stop marketing hand soap as dishwashing liquid and vice versa. Dawn antibacterial hand soap is sold in the dishwashing liquid section of ****** and other stores. The label says 50% less scrubbing. Customers assume it’s for dishes. Then in really small type on the label it says hand soap. Not dishwashing liquid! You need to improve your approach. If the product is for both purposes then revise your label accordingly. If you are doing this to skirt regulations you are not serving your customers.

I entered the ""Which Bear are You?" Sweepstakes and got an e-mail that I won free toilet paper for a year. I followed their instructions and filled out their online e-mail form with my information but the "send" button did not work. I then called their number to see why, and the representative said that I had actually not won, and that the e-mail was sent in error. They did not offer any other resolution. Potentially shady sweepstakes practices.

Olay advanced moisture renewal blend body wash is my favorite brand. I shop at ******. For some reason, it has become lighter. I don’t mind about the increase in price. Why did it become lighter? I thought maybe my wife added water. When I checked a new bottle, I realize that that’s how it is. Light and higher price. Stop messing up your bland because of greed. Thanks.

Pampers offers an Ergobaby discount code for individuals who sign up for Pamper's rewards. I signed up and received no code. After several days of back and forth with customer service, they assured me that a "new" code would be on its way (new in quotes as I did not receive an old code). After over a week no code has arrived and they have not been in contact. When I search this issue I see many other parents have run into the same thing. I believe this is false advertising on Pampers part and I don't see that they have any intention of actually following through with their stated promotions.
