  I found this service from a reputable site. Sent them my phone. They said it was in worse shape than I thought it was. Fast forward weeks later. Never got my money. Can’t get my phone back and they’re not responding to my emails anymore. I sold that phone because I needed that $. I hope they’re caught and prosecuted.

  Poor customer service, I have a trade in that has a value of $1328. I was told the payment will be sent in 48 hours on 03/21. No payment after 48 hours, I reached out via email again, I was told the payment department confirmed that it will be sent out via E check later in the day. Again, no payment. I replied back to the email, no response, called the phone number, but nobody answers. the automatic system said the phone is not in service. I assume they close down the business and took my phone. I need my money back !!!!!

  I have to admit I don’t know how this company hasn’t been sued yet for scamming people who send in nice electronics. The cops really need to look into this company I guess it’s ok to steal from people and get away with it

  Total absolute scammers. My experience mirrors most other BBB reviews. Many promises, no action, no payment. Elapsed time now 40 days. They’re very slick but everything they’ve said to me is just lies.

  Frustrated that I voyaged for 2 hours only for them to turn down my surface genius. Answer to the proprietor's remark underneath: I let you know folks in advance, weeks before that, that the gadget has a harmed stand yet the tablet works like it's new. However, you actually advised me to come in.

  This person claims be a genuine purchaser yet makes you go through a screening cycle? Truly who does that? Likewise is exceptionally impolite assuming that you attempt to reach him and he thinks everybody is attempting to trick him constantly! Try not to Offer YOUR IPHONES TO HIM!

  Came in here to purchase iPhone sales rep sold me on a "great" one. Returned home and it didn't work returned and they sold me on one more it broke didn't come in after horrible telephones.

  Took my iPhone XR here to supplant charger port figured it very well may be obscure subsequent to calling and him saying he can fix it in an hour to simply present to him the telephone that he has the part without making sure that he had it I go to get the telephone when done and my front and back camera wouldn't work and furthermore my telephone would totally stop and say framework manufacturing plant information crashed. Obscure part couldn't be found for my gadget so essentially he put an Amazon Chinese charger port in my telephone and it realize longer worked and I needed to purchase an entirely different telephone he is a liar since he just acknowledges cash installments so no record of you at any point is being there Have little to no faith in THIS Person!!!

  Terrible! The company offer financial incentives to send them your phone swiftly. Then when they get the phone, they claim there is significant damage and reduce the price. The phone I sent was in excellent condition and did not have the damage they claimed. They then say the have sent you a check, the check never arrives. They then get accounts to send an e-check pdf via email, the check bounces. They never answer the phone to discuss the payment issues. This review is unfortunately a familiar story for this company and they should be prosecuted for fraud. I will be writing them a formal letter of my intention to file a law suit against them and filing a complaint with the state of Ohio, as knowingly passing bad checks, and the number of reviews online indicating this practice are numerous, indicates this is a premeditated act and as such is illegal in nature. Avoid this company like the plague!
