      Joyce Factory Direct is a great company! From the initial consultation to the end when my windows were installed. Edward Long and his son did a great job with taking out and installing the new windows. Would recommend to family and friends

      The difference with our new patio doors is amazing. Easy to open and lock. Plus the LoE3 glass helps with the west sun setting and does not heat up the kitchen. Love my doors.

      This was my second purchase with Joyce factory direct. The workmanship on my windows is meticulous. Well done with Workman and craftsmanship. I would have never known that they were there to do the job other than seeing my new windows in the house, clean up was as if they were never here. I am completely satisfied with their work. Very professional in all my dealings with this company. I would highly recommend for any future projects.

      Joyce replaced all the windows in our 4 season room and it look fantastic. This trip they had to replace one minor thing and all went well. From front office to installation crew they are all very professional and friendly .
