      Extremely happy with the end result of my window installation. John ***** and his team did an excellent job installing all of the windows in my home. He was quick to identify an issue with the measurement of 2 windows and how long it will take until they are replaced. Very pleased with the look and feel of these windows.

      John and the crew arrived at the scheduled time and they were fast, efficient and cordial. The work looks to be very professional and I can already tell the difference the new window makes in terms of insulating my living room. So far I am very pleased with my choice of Universal Windows Direct. The pricing was fair and quality appears to be quite good.

      OMG can't say enough. This was a referral and we couldn't have been more pleased. Dan was outstanding, and came with all the information we needed to make a purchase that day. Shot out to the babysitter so he could come out on a Saturday. Highly knowledgeable and honest, and represented the company with integrity. The guys that measured our windows were spot on, timely and neat. And, I can't say enough about your installers, John ***** and Crew (2l. Great team, neat, timely, and perfectionist with their installation skill. Customer service was great from start to finish keeping us informed and scheduling around our lives as best as possible. One of the windows has a small crack but I have no doubts it will be replaced. All in all, highly recommend, my back windows look great and I'm so excited to complete the project next year with the installation of the front windows.

      Everyone seemed so nice. I told sales man why I wanted new windows. Safety for my grandchildren and pet. They saw all the toys and meant my dog. I had a salesman and someone they sent to measure windows. I asked will this be good for me. The house still had original windows. Needless to say I signed the contract. The first appointment to install, they canceled on me. Which ok.
      The installer that came out was a nice man. Once again knew why I was getting the windows.
      17 days later window broke. Sent pictures. Not sure how it happened. I was at work. Only dog in house. She did not get hurt thank God. They said they would fix but, I had to pay for glass. I am not sure how you can blame my dog. Yes she is big but the original windows never broke. They were 60 years old. I still have cardboard on my window and it has not been fixed. So expensive and frusterating.

      Universal windows came to my house June 15, 2023 to give me an estimate on two doors in my kitchen. A gentleman came about a week and a half later to measure the doors and said that they would be somebody would be here probably no later than the end of September to with the doors to install they told me 6 to 8 weeks maybe 10 at the most well here it is it’s going to be December 5. They’re coming to put my doors. I took all the stripping off both of my doors because it was summertime and they were supposed to be here by like September so even if they came in October I would’ve been OK but I took everything off the doors so now all my heat is gone right out my doors, and I mean these doors are old in this house and now they’re coming in December and all the heat will be going out the doors even more because they’re putting changing the doors and it’s not gonna be an easy task cause this is an old house so if they think they can come in and go right back out and that’s what we charge explained to them they say they don’t contract no workers so we’ll see what happens about that that will be an issue also, I believe that a bit of a price adjustment should be happening here with this whole situation

      On August 16, 2023 I had two windows installed. The bedroom window was installed with the incorrect glass. Installers assured me new glass would be reordered. While one installer was working on bedroom window the other one requested balance on bill. Which I paid. The error was not discovered until the installer requested I look at the finished produce. I have made multiple telephone calls, e mails to no avail. I have been hung up on all calls or on hold for 45 minutes. On original estimate the sales rep gave the impression this company could walk on water. Please do not fall for the lies. Upon signing for the windows they make offers reducing the bill if you go on record of how great the rep was an how great the produce was. Even with these reductions their produce is not worth it. Their customer review rating of 4.13/5 is based on the reviews made prior to installation to get a reduced bill. Today is November 26, 2023 still no replacement.

      Jake was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.prices were fair and reasonable. There was no pressure to sign on the day of presentation which was much appreciated, but I did!

      I actually canceled my order . Did some research and found out they use third party installers. Way to many negative reviews. Wouldn't recommend. Sales guy was informative but very pushy.

      Bottom line Jake listened carefully as we identified both our needs and priorities regarding our project. He effectively and efficiently communicated the super spacer and the overall replacement system. We committed today for Universal Windows to complete our project

      I highly discourage anyone from purchasing windows through Universal Windows Direct (UWD). Over the course of my experience with them, they provided terrible customer service, low-quality windows, and an overall unprofessional installation job.
      After signing a contract and paying a deposit, UWD delayed my installation date multiple times, often with little notice. When the team finally arrived, it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. The windows they brought were cheap builder-grade quality at best—not the premium product I was promised.
      The installation was sloppy and incomplete. They left screws sticking out, misaligned several windows, and failed to clean up properly when done. I also later noticed drafts coming in around some of the windows, indicating they did a poor job sealing.
      When I contacted UWD about the problems, they brushed off my concerns. I never received a follow-up call or visit to fix the shoddy installation work. For the high price I paid, the windows and service were unacceptable.
      In summary, Universal Windows Direct falls far short of reasonable standards for professionalism, product quality, timeliness, and honoring their commitments. I felt ripped off and would never use them again or recommend them to others. Buyer beware.
