"At the CDC Shaker Chargrin ***** ****** ******* **** ***** I've been a patient since junteenth 2921, and haven't missed a day, it's been nothing but a mess from poor management that's rarely in the facility to make complaints to, the manager is known to be out of the facility at least 90 percent of the time, his mother sits on the board of administration, and her friend is his supervisor, the techs, nursing staff and most of the other employees but a few are childish, lying, unprofessional mess stirring people, my recent incident was November 06, 2024 my tech was training a ypunglady thus day she was sitting on her behind on her phone instead of shadowing him, I said to other client "look at that lazy cow sitting on her but" next two nurses cane with no mask or shields on saying I heard you call the trainee a Bitch and the other nurse said I called her a hyper, then one of them said she was going to take us off the machines then put us in the parking lot, it was another client sitting their that was a witness and the sans trainee was sitting on her but that Monday 11-04-24 on her phone, this is not.the first incident with these people, a te is pushed a garbage container on ne and went to the manager then said I cussed at her, luckily the nurse then on staff was my witness that she lied, the manager was caught administering my antibiotics wrong and trying to continue giving them to ne when my doctor had stopped, another tech said I had called this gay nurse a fag it was proven to be nor true although he is, then a tech that really shouldn't have been on staff sitting around getting paid just to gossip, called me an idiot and I called her a Bitch, recently I haven't had a Social worker i noticed this women walking the halls never introduced herself, on the day 1l-06-24 she wrote me a letter stating I was grieving my son I never spoke to her about my son's passing, another VERY childish tech turned her but to me and patted it while on the machine."
