    I hired RTS to do a renovation project on my first home. At first **** seemed to be an honest, professional, motivated, and reliable guy but he turned out to be none of these things. On multiple occasions he left windows open, doors unlocked, and lights on the property. He would show up to the job at random times, often around noon or later if he showed up at all. His subs he brought in were no better, his painter took 2 weeks to patch some holes, prime the trim and paint some of the ceilings. He told me at the start of the project, which was 6 weeks to complete according to the time line he gave me, that the demo and exterior projects would be done by the first week. After 6 weeks the demo was never finished, there were still walls and ceiling to be taken down along with a few other things. The outside work wasnt completed either. Only garage was done, leaving me with a chimney repair he showed at 4pm to start and never complete. Also the siding he put on my garage has already fallen off. He started some work inside but it has to be done over. When I brought up his lack of progress and him not being there at reasonable times he was argumentative and had nothing but excuses. He even had his mother call my wife, very unprofessional. I had no choice but to terminate my contract with him. I wish I had never hired him or at least fired him sooner. He provided me with references that all said he was great, I have to assume they are friends and family of his because I dont believe for a second that he has one happy customer. Do not hire RTS properly services, they will rip you off.

    I would steer clear of trusting this companies judgement on fence installs. We are working through ****** **** for proper install but these folks seemed to have done their first fence install on my property and never did it properly. Since they're considering it bad business, they do not want to honor their warranty.
