            Our company hired RTS Property Service to help complete a violation order. The contractor lacked integrity from day one. He sent our company a cancelled insurance policy leaving our company at not only a financial risk but liable for his poor craftsmanship and vandalism. **** was in communication with my daughter the other owner as we are a father daughter business and we do great business. Money has never been an issue with paying our contractors who are ethically and do not fraudulently force themselves into contracts. This company has tried to damage our reputation with our client. Went out the way to try to bully my daughter into continuing business when in fact he was shady and could not complete the work he was hired to do which is cure the violations. This contractor has financial difficulties and it shows from his actions. He is not clear on the difference with legal binding contracts and signed estimates. The contractor breached the contract submitting falsified information. Then he went and vandalized the tenants property because we did not want to move forward. He also went as far as to start repairs that required permitting before obtaining them he could not pay $25 to get them but got $8000 up front. This contractor is not to be trusted he lacks integrity and ethics. We have photo documentation of his work not being industry standards along with a written statement from the tenant in his poor workmanship and lack of respect for other. We had every reason not to continue business as RTS is a Fraud.

            I had **** and his crew build me a patio made out of pavers in my back yard. During tear out me and my wife wanted to add a kitchen and a fire place to the patio. We sat down with **** a few days later and he helped us come up with a new design for our patio that met our new wants and needs. **** was very helpful with ever step of the way. He helped us stay in our budget and was very patient with us while we redesigned the patio of our dreams that me and my wife worked so hard to have. I also appreciated that I got to talk to and work with the owner of the company and not just anyone at RTS property services. Made me feel real appreciated and showed me how much **** valued his company and customers. Its very rear to have the owner of a company be on the job site 24/7.
