Upon arrival, he spent less than a minute inside the house, stated that I have electrical issue and not one with the heater, demanded to pay him directly rather than to the office a fee of $124, when he was questioned why his initial conversation over the phone was misleading regarding the services he provides, he immediately started streaming a ******* recording, while I was reading CC information, screaming racial slurs, kicking my front door." ...
