BBB services include: Business Profiles; Charity Reports; Consumer Complaints and Reviews; Dispute Resolution; Scam Tracker(SM) reports; and Consumer and Business tips and resources. In 2020, BBB Serving Metropolitan New York received 9.1 million inquiries for information about businesses and charities and handled over 80,000 complaints from consumers about businesses, plus over 51,000 consumer reviews. People turned to BBB more than 220 million times for BBB Business Profiles on more than 6.2 million businesses and Charity Reports on about 11,000 charities in 2020, all available for free at BBB.org.
