      ****** was stolen from me in a home invasion. Because of that I don't have the dongle thus I can't install the latest firmware update and my headphones are bricked. Fully charged and cant even use them to listo music because I don't have the dongle. Bricked cause I can't install the firmware update. Paid 170+ dollars but the dongle was stolen from me so I can't use them. Terrible product. DO NOT BUY.

      I bought a Stealth 700 G2 for my PS system a little over a year ago. After 6 months, the plastic on one side cracked and then broke away, leaving the earpiece dangling. Having a warranty, I promptly contacted Turtle Beach because it was past the Amazon 30 warranty. After multiple emails, pictures, and a denial of warranty, they finally sent me the REFERRED replacement. Two months go by then the left earpiece starts crackling and you can't hear out of either earpiece. I again contact Turtle Beach with the previous Case Number. Multiple emails go back in forth with the rep telling me they had not sent me a replacement even though they had the case number on the email they sent me...after I am transferred to another agent and 4 emails over 30 days I get a return email this morning telling me that they regret to inform me that due to the purchase of the headphones being just over a year ago, they would not be able to replace them.DO NOT BUY FROM TURTLE BEACH, They make a defective product that they then pass as to the consumer than when it breaks they give you another defective product. Their service is well below decent standards. Email that was sent:My apologies for the delay, and thank you for your patience while I looked into this for you.I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Based on the results, the headset is likely the issue and will need to be replaced. Unfortunately, since your original product was purchased more than one year ago it is no longer covered under the one-year manufacturer's warranty. It will be necessary to replace the product.Please note that replacement products provided as part of an RMA/warranty replacement service are covered for the remainder of the original product's warranty period. An RMA/warranty replacement service being issued does not extend, renew, or otherwise alter that warranty period.       Sorry to hear about your experience ****!From what we can see, you originally purchased your headset in January of 2021. You contacted us in May of 2022 stating that your headset was damaged. While you were several months outside of the headset's one year warranty period, our team was kind enough to provide you with a courtesy replacement for your headset. As we no longer had new stock of the model in your possession, you were provided with a refurbished model as a replacement. As the manufacturer, we have the right to provide you with a refurbished model if their is no new stock of your model headset.Replacements are covered for 30 days or the remainder of your original headset's warranty; whichever period is longer. As this was an out of warranty replacement, your replacement headset was covered for a period of 30 days.We are sorry to hear that you encountered an inconvenience with your replacement. Unfortunately, as this was a replacement for an already out of warranty product; we'd be unable to assist you with another replacement.

To have plastics and earpieces fail within that time is bad quality of service. I have informed my listeners to buy elsewhere for their headphones.
