"I had the pleasure of working with Moken due to A fire occurring at one of my rental properties that was not in the city I reside in; He as well as his workers were very professional and a pleasure to work with, communicating with me and advising me of matters that I needed to know about in a timely manner. Also there was a problem with the insurance company's failure to make payment in a timely manner and moken exhibited a considerable amount patience throughout the entire process for which I can't say thank you enough for."
