"They are a group of liars and rude, I called them in regard for a tow that was set up by roadside assistance, the staff member indicated they will be there in 28 minutes, 50 minutes later the tow never showed, called back, the operator told me its raining and due to the rain they were unable to make it on time, meanwhile Im outside in the so call rain, then the phone operator said well theres a lot of traffic and rudely hang up the phone on me. The company is a terrible company with multiple fake reviews and 8/10 actual reviews are negative reviews in regards to the same issue, reading some of their reviews on their website this company should definitely be shut down, they constantly lie and act rude towards paying customers." ...
