"I recently bought a 2024 *** k5 from **** department and throughout a factory recall Ive been trying to have fixed theyre techs have broken parts on the car twice now trying to replace them as well as sold the tires they orders for me and have called me in to have it fixed only to find out they got the wrong part at this point I am dumbfounded with how they have handled the service they have a few great people in the service department but theyre technicians and mechanics should have thier licenses taken away and or fired and they dont know how to communicate with parts thier parts department is absolutely terrible in knowledge of parts"
