      I live at Eagle Rock's Fishkill location and I can't say enough about how happy I and my Family are living here. The front staff is amazing and the service crew are helpful and efficient.

      I lived in an Eagle ************** for 5 years. These things are litrally just slapped together and rented for exuberant prices. You can be sure that your rent is going to be increased by 10% every lease signing without a doubt. They will find every way on God's green earth to fine you. I was fine for not having renters insurance when I do have it and always had it and it was multiple times that this had happened because they couldn't get it straight at corporate offices. And now that I've been out of there for over a month I still don't have my security deposit yet if you don't pay your rent on time you get fined for that too.. this is an investment company. They don't care about you. Only uncharging for absolutely nothing. Proceed with caution

      First I dealt with false advertisement when I begin my process with Eagle Rock. The price listed online is not the price I was told when I got approved and the apartment is not newly renovated as advertised in the photos. No new appliances or sunny bright apartment. It’s outdated which is fine. But the price they are choosing to rent an outdated apartment is not aligned with the worth. I was on a time crunch so I did not have time to go through a process with another property management. When I moved into the apartment, I realized there’s strange loud noise that’s shaking the apartment (as if I live under the subway station) every 10-15 minutes. I spoke to the super about it and he told me the apartment is under the boiler which is making that noise! Okay, I thought maybe I can pass through it, but No! The noise is exceptionally loud and persistent. It creates significant distractions, especially during the hours I am working from home, disrupting my ability to have meetings and focus, relax, rest, sleeping hours, or enjoy my living space. This apartment honestly should not be renting. I’m requesting out of this lease, because who wants to live with this noise all day! I have audio of the noise also. I was advised there is a 2 month penalty and I need a 60 day notice. But I’m not okay with that process they have. Why should I be penalized for an apartment that’s inconveniencing me that I was not notified about prior to moving in. I’m also paying a lot of money to not be comfortable or happy in this apartment.

      Be careful if you are considering bay ridge at ****** nh. Rented apt for 3 months during a house search in 2024, and while the office staff itself have been good, eagle rock management has not. Paid my rent via their online payment system after move out, had it deducted from my account, and they ended up keeping the same amount from my security deposit claiming unpaid rent. Despite me showing proof of payment and the deduction from my bank, there appears to have been a glitch with their payment system on their end and they claim it was never received. So I ended up paying double partial rent on my last month. Currently pursuing via small claims, but eagle rock has been non existent with their communication and is not trying to figure out what happened.

      Very disappointing. I've only been living here for 3 months only and they vandalized my car, breaking my mirrors and puncturing my tires, I went to the office to talk to the manager ****** and they didn't give me any solution, they just said that there are no cameras around the buildings and that I should go to the police to make a report.What do you mean, a condominium of this size where we have to PAY to use a parking lot that isn't even private to us, doesn't give us the minimum security that they should be obliged to offer? I'm disgusted

      ************** are never there. Laundry room doesnt work and thats the only thing they have for the people who live there. There are incompentant people working there in the office.Its a shame. Sercurity doors are always broken.And BUGS!!

      These people are crooks. It was not my choice to rent from them. They bought the units from ******* while I was living there. PLEASE don't let Eagle Rock buy any more properties in ***********! I moved into the apartment knowing I could keep my cat and not be charged. Eagle Rock charged me 50 dollars a month for my cat. I paid my rent on time every month yet they had on my ledger that I owed them over ***** dollars. It was not true and I tried to get them to fix it but they harrassed me for months over money I did NOT owe. FINALLY they found their mistake, fixed it and then started charging me for trash, sewerage, water and utilities. I already paid for my own utilities but they started charging everyone for hall and outdoor lights, dumpsters, water and for flushing our **** toilets. This MULTI-BILLION dollar company from ******** started nickle and diming their tenants. They charged a 25 dollar lease renewal "offer" fee. I never asked for a new lease because I decided to move. No I didn't give them a 60 day notice like they demanded, they got a more reasonable 30 day notice that I was vacating. These people still have not returned my ****** deposit and I am prepared to take them to court if they don't. Furthemore after living there 6 years they expected ME to replace the carpets and paint! Ummmm NO, that is YOUR job. I left the apartment empty and very clean. After 6 years it needed updating. I have a video of how clean I left it. When you actually read the lease you would be shocked at the things in it. You know they are allowed to take pictures of you at any time for any reason and they own the right to those pictures??? Also they require a rediculous amount of insurance for such a small studio aparment. Their ads make them appear to be nice and professional and friendly but they are NOT. They are crooks and need to be stopped. ******* from NH is waiting for her FULL deposit with interest! I beleive the law in ************* is 30 days. You have until November 1st

      Since Eagle Rock has taken over the property, the grounds have been clean of garbage. The ***************** has been wonderful and right on top of any problems. The overall property management has been expertise in maintaining problem solving.

      Maintenance and management here have gone way downhill since Eagle Rock took over. The latest situation is an ongoing issue with our HVAC unit that Eagle Rock is responsible to fix, and after 1 visit from maintenance that didn't solve the problem, they ignored every phone call and email we sent them for the next 5 weeks, and they also closed every maintenance ticket we opened without any communication whatsoever. We ended up having to fix the issue ourselves, which was expensive.

      I lived in the *************** location and it was a nightmare! Constantly sending out emails about 1 thing or another-then they back it up with papers stuck on your door. Monthly they are trying to nickel and dime you over various expenses..trash, electric (for the office and halls, etc.) I have never lived anywhere that did this. Moving out has been a nightmare. I gave plenty of notice...the office in my bldg gave me the final amount due, then the next month-they wanted more and then in the middle of the same month-they want even more!!! It's like they don't communicate from the onsite office to the main office. I have now been trying to talk to them and its 5 days later and no return call....Would rather not give it any stars!

When you initially provided notice, there was a lack of clarity on whether you wanted to pay the early termination fee or continue paying until the end of your lease. The early termination fee was processed as a default, but it was later reversed since the full payment wasn't received. This delay in applying the correct charges was due to not having a clear direction from you, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We did apply your security deposit towards your outstanding balance, as requested later on.Regarding the additional fees, we did implement Zego during your time with us, and it was included in the agreement you signed. We made efforts to communicate these changes through both email and paper notices, recognizing that not all residents had email access. We understand that frequent communication can be overwhelming, and we aim to keep our residents well-informed without causing inconvenience.We acknowledge your concerns about missed calls and delayed responses. We strive to address all inquiries promptly, and we're sorry that this wasn't your experience. We've since worked to improve our response times and ensure better communication between the onsite and main offices.We also understand you experienced some issues with the laundry facilities, which were resolved as of 8/29 this year. We hope that our recent enhancements to the Notice to Vacate process, including online access and clearer terms, will help improve the move-out experience for future residents.Thank you again for your time at our community.
