"I have several houses in the area and my regular contractor passed away so the local hardware store recommended Mike Bruce we did a complete rehab on one of the properties so Mike framed framed windows and doors and installed them and siding 1200sq foot ranch $30k I bought the windows and doors , when my sheet rocker noticed the windows framed without headers. When I asked him he said “my guy must have missed that” ok no big deal just fix it, then the siding started to fall off and has continued to fall off , he came out to fix it and face nailed the entire row on the back side of the house." ...
