"this is the most horrible support company that ************** uses. Ive been trying to get an AC part since March and I get the same runaround every time I call their number they tell me that its still pending but that now theyve got it moving forward and then Ill get a tracking number in the next couple of days and of course what happens is I call every week and I hear the same thing that the escalation department is still showing it pending." ...
