      After a free trial, I discovered I could not remove my credit card information from my profile. In February 2023, I asked the Privacy Team to permanently delete my account. I am on my THIRD request to the Privacy Team to delete my account. On March 10, I got an email from the Privacy Team telling me to look out for another email to verify my identity so they could delete profile, and that I'd have only 1 day to do so. I never received that email. It's now March 15. I have plenty of free time to explore SUING this company.

      The app simply doesn't work on TVs. You can't complete a single episode of anything and when you exit out of the app completely due to the constant buffering, it starts the same episode again so you're never able to see the end. Their customer service is nonexistent. Yet they take your money out of your account. I feel robbed and I'd like my money back.

      I subscribed to Discovery Plus after they took most of my favorite tv shows. They advertise every episode ever aired and during new seasons they advertise new episodes every Thursday. ( for example) well, they do NOT have every episode ever aired! Its false advertising! They also tend to just stop showing new episodes right during a new season. The new episodes are showing on tv but, not on Discovery Plus! They are all to ready to offer excuses and apologies but, do absolutely nothing to resolve the situations! In my opinion, look elsewhere and do your research! Not worth it! When the one show I watch is done, so am I !

      Beware of your bank account once you cancel your subscription. I canceled my Discovery+ account, and they kept charging my credit card. I had to get a new one to stop the charges. I contacted them in hopes of getting a refund on the continued charges, and they did not comply.

      App keeps crashing on my TV. No other app does and I cant get anyone to contact me back. Im being charged.
