      I would not give them one star. I'm sitting here watching a 30 minute program and I have already counted 16 commercials in 21 minutes. How much viewing time does that leave for the actual program? Let the Discovery channel do the math. You're ripping us off discovery. This is not what we're paying for.

      Discovery+ uses predatory practices to trick people into thinking they've cancelled their subscriptions, and then continue to charge their account. When inquiring about this, they say that it's your fault because you didn't cancel, even though you selected to cancel on their website. They also have it in their terms and agreements that they don't give refunds. So they're stealing people's money and then blaming it on the people they're stealing from. It is disgusting behavior, and I've never had such trouble trying to cancel anything, nor have I experienced any customer service **** treat me like I'm an idiot. They have predatory practices to steal people's money, and then treat their customers badly for it. They are scammers!!!

      DISCOVERY PLUS SUX. THEY HAVE A BILLING CYCLE OF 30 DAYS. WHICH MEANS SOME MONTHS I GET BILLED TWICE. LIKE IN MARCH I GOT BILLED ON MARCH 1ST AND THEN MARCH 31ST. ....TWICE. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS? IM SUPPOSED TO PAY $5.20 A MONTH AND SOME IM PAYING $10.58 BECAUSE THEY CHARGE ME TWICE IF THE BILLING DATE STARTS IN THE SAME MONTH. NOW THATS ILLEGAL. AND ITS UNFAIR AND LYING AND CHEATING. HOW MUCH MONEY ARE THEY POCKETING BY BILLING THIS WAY? THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE. HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS? I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY OWE ME A REFUND FOR ALL THOSE MONTHS I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE. THIS IS BULLCRAP. WHY ISNT SOMETHING BEING DONE ABOUT DOUBLE CHARGING PEOPLE? SOUNDS LIKE THEY DO THIS ON PURPOSE. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS AND DIDNT REALIZE I WAS PAYING TWICE SOME MONTHS. THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL AND IM THINKING OF GETTING A LAWYER. THIS DOUBLE BILLING HAS TO STOP.

      Discover is the worst credit card process ever. First I filled out the application. Then immediately they requested a ****-C *** form to verify income. Experian has this already. Since the *** did not ************ they want a copy of my income taxes 2023, my drivers license front and back, and mail to verify my address. The credit report showed all of this and more. I would not recommend Discover ever. I applied for CapitalOne and within 5 minutes it was approved. I believe Discover customer service could commit identity theft with just your Credit card application. I declined to participate after the request for income tax copies, etc. My advice is stay away from Discover Credit Cards.

      These people **** ! Since January of this year I have sent over 50 emails to try to get my problems resolved. On EVERY show that I watch I constantly have to wait for the freezing and buffering to stop. It is so frustrating to not be able to watch a complete show. I have done all their suggestions to see if it would fix things for me. IF they answer my email, it is the same response "we are looking into the issues". Once they refunded one month charge. I told them I was not writing to get a refund, I am writing to get things fixed. The last time I sent an email, they responded with an exact email that I have received numerous times saying they are still working on it and will get back to me when they have it fixed. This really made me mad, so I answered and said that it was the exact email time and time again. So I responded to them asking if this is their "generic" email you send to everyone. Surprise surprise, they haven't answered ! I like being able to watch the variety of shows, but I think it is time to cut my service off. Wake up Discovery Plus ! ! !

      Discovery + Promised all their programs are on there! False! Now they say you need Discovery Go to watch new episodes and they say they are separate from Discovery +. Its all BS and just another way to S**** the Customer for more money. Im canceling both Discovery + and *** and I hope their Company crashes and *****! Kiss my rear end!

      I added discovery plus to my ******* over a week ago. ******* shows it's active. I have tried logging in and discovery plus won't let me login and reference to ******* so then ******* refers me back to Discovery Plus. This has been going on for over a week to the point where I'm in tears and frustrated beyond frustrated. All I wanted to do was watch shows on Discovery Plus through my ******* account not deal with the real person at Discovery not be on phone with ******* for 4 hours only to be transferred to Discovery Plus and not have anything taken care of or be told oh no you have to suddenly pay for your subscription to ****** because they can't get it through their head that my account is through ******* which I have mentioned several times I just want this straightened out how difficult is it to straighten it out.

      I tried to cancel Discovery plus and they automatically take money out of my bank account but cant seem to find me or any of my family members email address. Dont subscribe to this service. Very difficult to cancel. Have to get my bank involved

      When you CAN view the programs it is great. However, when you cannot, and need **************** it is the WORST! The current chat feature needs to be disabled, and revamped,it is no good. It makes you want to just cancel the app.
