"After waiting for 4 hours, the clinician I was trying to see finally answered, when I did respond she sent a message advising that I was unavailable and she was ending the consultation. So it ended after I had responded and I selected I wasnt happy to see if I could reconnect, but then ended up waiting over three hours again for her to respond at nearly 1am when I was asleep because I had given up." ...
