"Sold my boss a camera on December 5th, said it would arrive two weeks later on the 19th, 4 days later (AFTER paying) said they actually don't have that camera anymore and we'd have to pay $50 more for a different camera and wait longer for it to arrive, also denied having claimed it would arrive on the 19th in the first place. The only other option they gave was for us to pay for the entire new order in full and THEN get refunded for the original order, so no offer of just refunding the original order so we can find the same product elsewhere, BOTH options required us to pay more for a different camera than was originally paid for, which is pretty disgusting." ...
