- If a Guest books a homeshare and decides to cancel the booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, their rent payment will be refunded. However, Guests will forfeit their booking fee and associated service fees. For any cancellations less than 30 days before the move-in date, 30 days of rent is paid to the Host and the booking fee and associated service fees are forfeited.
If the Host books a homeshare and decides to cancel the booking less than 30 days before the move-in date, a $100 penalty will be deducted from their next payout. The Guest will be fully refunded including the booking fee and service fee.
Guests have 24-hours after their move-in date to cancel for listings being materially misrepresented. Cancellations will be reviewed internally and if there is sufficient evidence of misrepresentation, the Guest will be refunded their first month's rent. - Business Categories
