  Company is a fraud. Said their money came from airlines. Said ticket prices had increased, when they had gone down a small amount.

  Fares were less than amount I paid, so I ended with a ecredit! Paid approximately $2200 for two tickets. Was again told rates had gone up. Also, they were reimbursed from Delta. They charged $1250.00 to move the flight to later date.

  This has been the most horrible experience of my entire life. On October 21, 2022 I booked a flight from New Jersey to LAX paid in full, leaving December 25 and returning back to New Jersey on January 3 in November. I received my first cancellation from the company on November 20. After a lot of stress and aggravation I was able to rebook the same flight. On Friday, December 23 two days prior to my takeoff, I found out that again. My flight has been canceled. I proceeded to call the company and they told me that I needed to speak with a manager because the prices have gone up significantly and they didn’t have the authorization to rebook this flight. On December 24 that evening I spoke to a woman named ***** who rebooked my flight for December 26 at that point I’m losing two days of my vacation to find out today December 25 that they are not going to honor that flight and they are going to refund my money. I had to rebook my flight today losing a total of 4 days now and paying almost triple from what I paid back in October . Poor customer service total scam do not recommend them AT ALL!
