    hem my situation and said we could provide hospital records and any documentation. The customer service rep dismissed my emergency situation and told her it would be an additional $270. When she was appalled and pushed back, they said $150. She said it was like they were trying to negotiate the price and showed zero empathy for the situation. There is fine print about non-transferable and non-refundable, but my situation was an unplanned emergency, and they should honor the upgrade. I have mobility issues and need the extra room. My daughter did not trust the process or appreciate the poor customer service so refused to take advantage of any additional charges. I am only asking for a refund for the return flight upgrade. Thank you.     I call to changey departure ticket with united air lines they took confirmation number said great booked my new departure time with united charged me for flight that I had round trip with (united)then I got nothing off my united airlines round trip ticket

    Unauthorized use of debit card. Golden Wings International Travels, Inc. had my debit card on file from a previous transaction. On September 23, they used my debit card to put through 2 charges to my bank: American Airlines $878.47 and Allianz Travel Ins. $68.08. These were not my charges. I did not authorize them. I spoke directly to the bank (BMO ******), and they confirmed that the charges were put through by Golden Wings using my debit card. We called Golden Wings and spoke to a supervisor. They denied processing the charges. My bank has stopped/reversed the charges and will not accept any future charges from this company.
