      Won on a scratch off ticket and mass cash and my winnings been pending for days...this site should be shut down !! Many of people saying they never recieved their winnings from this site!! They steal your money and your winnings...This is not the America I know!! SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN

      I won ***** on a scratch ticket and it's been 3 business days and I still haven't received it in my bank from jackpocket but they changed me ***** 3 times which I have no clue why because I won ***** from scratch tickets and used it for my tickets. They are quick to charge your bank but not to deposit your winnings. I'll never use their app again and pray I get my ***** because I'm negative now in my bank because of them. Scam!

      We contacted you with more details about your account transactions as well your Jackpocket account's current status and how to resolve it.

      In summary, payouts are separate transaction from fund requests. Transactions to and from bank accounts are done by ach transaction and can take up to 3 business days to complete. This means that, for each fund request you place, the payment method you select receives a charge up to 3 business days after you place a fund request (we credit your Jackpocket account in advance as a courtesy). To date, you've placed 4 fund requests so you should be seeing 4 charges from Jackpocket. Payouts take up to 3 business days to complete. Upon review, I can confirm that the payout you requested for your winnings has completed.

      I bought $10:00 worth of ********* Step tickets. I went on Jackpocket to try and review my tickets. I got an error message stating that my account has been suspended, I emailed Jackpocket and told them my account was suspended. They wanted me to send them a screen shot of my drivers licenses. This seemed very suspicious to me. I told them I thought it was a scam. No one has ever ask me to give my license number, I use to think they were legitimate. Now I don't know. My credit card I put on file with them is a prepaid card. I am glad I did not give them my banking card. Something fishy is going on. I ask that the BBB look into this.

      I love jackpocket it's the best online app for purchasing scratch offs and lotto online . best part is you can play right on your phone and don't have to leave your house . They pay you directly if you hit anything under 600 for big wins they send your ticket securely in the mail haven't had any issues at all love it

      Switched to a new phone, tried to sign in. They sent a verification code and said they would send a email to verify. Never sent the email(and not in junk fokder, checked). Then they suspended my account. It has been two days. Still waiting. No customer service contact numbers or chat. Still waiting.

      It is possible Jackpocket is committing fraud. Of course this is just speculation. On 7/21, I ordered a millionaire maker scratch ticket, for which I have the pack and ticket number. The order was voided and I was told the ticket was damaged. Im not sure about anyone else, but that sounds very suspicious. I would be happy to take the damaged ticket as the ************************ can still validate the prize. I was told I would be contacted without 24hrs to come to an accurate resolution but that has not happened. They did give me a credit for $30, but I would rather have the ticket. Even if it is a looser, I want the physical ticket feel like I can have trust in this company. What are they doing with the damaged ticket? Are they keeping high prizes and redeeming them? Once again this is all speculation and not validated at this time, I would like to be contacted with a resolution on this issue.

      What a horrible company the reason I'm saying this because there fees on lottery tickets are too expensive. I feel like they owe me my money back they are just thieves!!!! Over priced fees on lottery tickets

      I like the convenience of it, however I added my account, and funded my jack pocket app... I won $5500 bucks... 500 and 5000... I did the payout for $500 to my account, and it told me it was successful wait 3-5 days... I filled out my info to have my ticket mailed to me so I can claim the $5000, and now it's almost 5 days later and have heard nothing about it. I got emails yesterday and today saying my account funding had failed for insufficient funds. I emailed support and sent them a picture of my account balance disputing this, and now nobody has answered me about anything. The bank issues are separate problem. I want my money. And my ticket. And I added and additional account to my payment profile just for the sake of covering my basis. I feel like I'm being punished or my ticket is being held hostage for technical issues.

      Not sure about all of the negative reviews here. I think most of them are operator error but not Jackpocket. I've been using jackpocket for a couple of years now and it works great. There is the caveat that any money you add to the app cannot be taken back but that's a small thing in my opinion. You can always easily get your winnings sent to your bank account I've never had a problem with that. I only win a few bucks here and there but never a problem getting it. But I did just win my biggest yet. $500 and the money was sent to my bank account as soon as I posted for it plus I did get an email telling me I won it. I like it because it is super convenient and I don't have to drive to a store to buy my lottery tickets as I live out in the country.
