  Jackpocket is only in business to scam as much money from users as possible. They won't use a purchase option but require you deposit money in an account and then charge a fee for this deposit, and then charge more fees from winnings. The more money you deposit, the more the fee. I'm not sure the fee for winning, I didn't stay long enough to to win anything. I had a few dollars left in the account but didn't request a withdraw, I'm sure the fees would have used all of it. Even after requesting my account be deleted, I still get emails on promotions and TOS changes, the last one about TOS for other states that wised up to the scam and the way fees are charged.

  First time user. My ticket had a $8 winner. When checking out the Jackpocket app, it does not put/deposit of winnings back to the debit card I used to fund the JPocket account but rather have to use some never heard of financial institution with a very strange name and is not FDIC insured and further states Not Responsible for giving you your winnings etc.

  Bought scratchers and they must be all losers. Won only a few times. Bought a $50 scratcher and didnt even win $1, several times.

  I have played on Jackpocket a couple times and while there is never an issue depositing money, somehow there always is withdrawing when you actually win. I have withdrawals that failed this morning, but I only see that in the app. There were no emails to me, and the money was also not put back into my account to try to withdraw a different way. I just want my money. Thats it. It should be this difficult.

  I signed up for an account and filled in the required information. When I started to fund the account I learned that it would cost me a fee of about 15 percent. So if I deposited $50.00 they would charge me an additional $7.67. I decided that I would rather purchase my tickets at a store for FREE! I changed my email and phone to old information that no longer exists. Bye bye JERK POCKET.

  I registered with them years ago. The email I used on the app was hacked so I had to change my email. I have sent several messages to them to change the email with out success. There doesn't seem to be a phone number to call or a process to address my issue. They asked for my ID to make the change which I sent it. They told me to sign in again and they would sent a link to the new email. it never happened.I contacted them again and they asked for the same information that I had already sent. I am frustrated and have asked for a contact to register a complaint. They need to do better. HELP!!!!

  I been playing jackpocket for a while on and off, and i finally over a Lil $500 I tried to send winnings to account and they suspended my account and put money back on jackpocket account. Im afraid theyre going to delete my account and take my winnings. I won fair and square man. My scratch offs were winners and fully processed.

  Something about the scratchers has never seemed right to me. If I buy 3 tickets I would expect the cards to be sequential but they're not. If I buy *********** the store I am always likely to get a win but from jackpocket it rarely happens and when it does it's face value of the card only. I've always felt the employees steal winning cards and only hand out losers or low value cards. The odds can be that far off when comparing in person purchases to buying from this website. I terms of the lottery portion, it's great as there isn't a way to be cheated. I would just shy away from the scratchers. The fact someone has to remove the scratch portion means they have the ability to see a winning card before sending it to you.

  They are giving dude scratch tickets and they are never in sequence I bought a lot of scratches from them never to win they are not playing what the odds say will not buy no more scratch tickets from these scam artist
