"I signed up for synup services I have two locations and the other location was a separate account and I use the free trial the other location I paid for the services for that month of ***** before a representative from synup ever added the other location to the same account as I had received an email asking that I want to combine both locations in one account and did not give an answer. they were billing me twice for the $***** before a representative ever added that location without me agreeing with the wrong information in the name that caused discrepancies that got synced in the business directories I reached out to synup and for over a week they kept saying they were going to look into it instead of fixing the issue they canceled the account and then a supervisor contacted me saying he wanted to fix the account and I replied the account has already been canceled stated by previous representative." ...
