"Deardoc's sales team stated that they would be managing posts to our website's blog and ******** profiles, autorespond to our online reviews, and mail us a ****** plaque with a QR code on it for our patients to leave reviews. After our 6 month call and check in this morning, we were informed that they haven't done ******** posts in years for thier customers due to updated ******** regulations, they don't even have ****** plaques to give out and the posts going to our website repetitive, redundant and are damaging our existing ****** profile." ...
