Kaiyo failed us. They sold a couch for us and we tried to cash in they said the check would be forthcoming and 7-10 days The check never arrived. Every time we tried to call they said no **** were available and to try again later. They still have a sectional couch that was never sold or offered to be returned. Totally disatisfied with this company.

They still have a dining room table of mine and it kept saying, "cleaning and photographing for re-selling" after they stated the buyer backed out. They did sell the chairs and luckily I did get a payout but not what was expected. I would never use them again. I agree they are thieves and misrepresent themselves as a reputable business. Now the website says it will be rebranded as Furnisharebut where is my table?

My item sold. I used their cashout process but have not received my money. It's been nearly three months now. They respond with vague emails saying they don't have a timeframe for settling this.

Same as everyone else. How is this site still up?Product sold via Kaiyo. Received a payout email from Kaiyo saying that payment would be received in 7-10 days. According to Checkbook (the company processing payments): the payment was never initiated.

Never Paid!My couch was to be listed as $1799. Within 2 weeks I was told it sold, and I was to receive $192.75! This was unimaginable, but not the worst of it. I was asked if I wanted to donate my proceeds. Absolutely not! I was told Id get my check from another source (******) with ***** days. That was in May!! I was asked to complete a survey, I did. And was clear how unhappy I was and that I was still awaiting my check. They have since closed out my account and I have nowhere to go to inquire. The emails I received from them no longer accept replies and the phone number given is not in working order. I was ripped off right from the minute they told me what the couch was worth. I even paid them to warranty the safe pick up of the couch (clearly, not free pickup as advertised.) They were able to take those funds immediately from my account. I want my money back and I have no avenue available to inquire or lodge a complaint. I am hoping Kaiyo is as charitable as they claim to be and I am one of very few who have experienced this, but something tells me Im not the only one. Can you help me?

I was never notified when my furniture from Bo ******* sold. It ended up selling for a low price, and when I was notified that I would receive my payment through checkbook.io, I never heard from that company. Its been at least 2 months with vague responses for Kaiyo over email saying that they cant give any status update or reason. So at this point, it seems, I have my furniture away.

SCAM! They sell your furniture, tell you to cash out and then refuse to pay you even though they clearly have received payment for your items that they sold.. Email responses give zero information. Phone is disconnected. Had I known that I would never get paid for using them I literally would have left my stuff at the curb or donated it directly. I will follow suit of the others who are filing fraud complaints with the ************************* Only giving 1 star because I am forced to! Otherwise it would be zero.

Add me to the list of people waiting for money. They've shut down their phones and ignored my email. Going under, I guess.Wish I had done more homework before doing business with them. Basically, they stole my couch.

0 stars They took a ton of things and said a check is being mailed . Now, I received an email they are going out of business. They said check was in the mail and I kept asking for it . Finally someone answered and said going out of business .

As everyone referenced below, this company is HORRIBLE. Seemingly once legitimate, has since evolved into a fraudalent company with poor communication. I join the many people below who sold furniture, was told 7-10 days, and a month later no payout or update. What would have even been respectable is if they proactively reached out saying payout is expected to exceed the 7-10 days and providing a specific date by when we'll recieve an update. I had to chase these people down just to get any sort of update, and the update was essentially "we're having problems, I don't know when we'll have your payout."For people considering selling on Kaiyo, stay away. This company is allegedly going through a bankruptcy. AptDeco and ********** are better bets. And Kaiyo, let me spare you the copy/paste response you have for all of us to save you time:"We are dealing with some operational constraints at the moment, however, please know we are very aware of the frustration and are aiming to have updates in the next two weeks. We very much appreciate your patience as we work through this."Sellers, should we not receive payment, we should keep the pressure: leave negative reviews on their company pages, online reviews, encourage others to file complaints on the BBB, and we can also file complaints on the **** If they want to play with our money, we can play with theirs!
