"10/23 I purchased sunglasses that began to weaken ( the arm of the glasses) after a few months I decided to take them to Gucci (between6/24-8/24 ) at ****** to have them repairedfast forward I was sent an email telling me what needed to be replaced and how much, and that they needed to replace both arms its now 12/24 I just got a text not a call but a text saying that they cant repair them. And They will would give me a credit, no other options on the repair or anything, just a credit which does me no good cause Im stuck with a pair of glasses I can no longer wear so I will be forced to but another pair which feels like I am shelling out more money." ...
