      This company has really gone downhill. l have been a member for at least 5 years now, and am really frustrated. I did move to a smaller city, where they dont have as many partner options, but even the few available keep disappearing from the app. I do still use the app when I travel, so I have kept a membership even considering the limited options in my home town. My last straw has been trying to use up remaining credits with class pass concierge bookings- where they say they will book wellness appointments (massage, facials, etc) on your behalf. I even had to buy extra credits to book one of these, but the appointments never book. They list as pending and disappear the day before. And per their policies I cannot receive a refund on these extra credits I purchased. It is also extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at this company. Their customer service is seriously lacking. I almost wonder if anyone even works for this company anymore. Highly recommend finding alternative options for booking group exercise classes.

      I signed up for their trial offer and subsequently canceled via their website. I then had life/health issues and did not review my credit card statements on one card for almost a year. I think found they had been charging me monthly. I complained and received a 4 month refund. This means they kept 7 months of charges. *** culpa for not catching the charge. Nevertheless they never sent me one email in any of those months to invoice me or even to acknowledge my "membership". Not one email! I know I canceled but since I did so via their website I don't have a sent email proving my cancellation. BEWARE! This business like so many is designed to get you to sign up for monthly and then stop all communication. I can't imagine what went wrong on their site or if it intentionally failed to accept my cancellation but bad business practices! I hope that the Better Business Bureau will investigate and make sure that their cancellation procedure works and that they are not breaking any laws by failing to communicate. Unfortunately I am at a loss of approximately $700.

      I recently booked an UNLIMITED 30 day pass GYM pass at a specific Gym through a pop-up offer on the class pass app ( $126) . The expectation of Unlimited basically means drop in / drop out anytime during the period. This is not what happens. This Gym has 17 slots a day. The "unlimited" pass is restricted to a 6am, 9pm or 12pm "class". That's 3 slots out of 17 . You find this out after you have made the payment. particularly . Under common law an onerous and unusual contract term is not binding if it has not been adequately brought to the customers attention. Class Pass refused to refund me and I cancelled my membership but they still continue to bill me claiming that the 30 day pass is not refundable !

      Classpass charges fees constantly. I was charged a fee for making a reservation accidentally and trying to correct that within five minutes. I have also been charged fees many times with no communication or evidence of this in my charges within the app. When I reach out to customer service. I get the same generic responses that do not apply to my case. For example, in the case of the accidental reservation that was held for under five minutes, I was told that the studio would have been unable to fill the class spot that I had reserved. It was only reserved for less than five minutes at 11pm the night before. I am extremely disappointed in ClassPass. Their model makes it seem as if they are greedy and essentially stealing extra money from customers who already spend money on extra credits. I would give 0 stars if I could.

      Yes listen to the business owners. ClassPass will get some business but has the worst customer service! They will take days to get back to you. No phone number, impossible to reach a human. Chat bot only. Do you have online booking? Well expect Classpass to s**** that up for you double booking customers who will arrive and then be mad at guess who ? Yes, that's right your business. Class pass won't provide customer phone number to contact these folks who have been double booked. Why because they don't care about your business.Want to confirm you've been paid accurately good luck.they dribble out payments with no customer name attached I hope you are a good accountant!

      ClassPass is not transparent at all. I could not view any of the credits amount that each class cost without a membership. I signed up for the 2 week free trial but STILL couldn't see some of the credit costs and couldn't sign up any ********* classes. How can I be expected to pay a monthly fee when I don't even know what I can get from that monthly amount. The credit costs for each class need to be transparent from the start. Also, the 2 week free trial is misleading since its so limited. Avoid! Major red flags. I immediately canceled the free trial before getting automatically billed.

      Scam. This I paid for 56 credits and when I downgraded my plan, it said your paid for credits would rollover. They did not. When I tried to cancel my subscription and get refunded (I reached out the exact day it charged with no credits used because i got bad vibes) I talked to support and they wouldnt cancel my membership saying it already changed. ***** from Support was no help. Their policy is shady. Only when I tried to cancel through the app, did the automatic flow offered to give me a bunch of free credits to keep me. Which is literally all I wanted in the first place.

      I've been a Classpass user for several years and loved the service but I am appalled at the bait and switch tactic I just experienced with them. I received a message that I would get 10 complimentary credits if I upgrade my plan- no mention at all that it needed to be for the current cycle, and with only a few days left in the cycle it would not have made sense, so I logically upgraded for the next cycle inmediately after receiving the message. I noticed the credits were not applied to the next cycle and contacted CP, only to be told that the previous cycle would've needed to be upgraded, which again makes no sense. I was planning on upgrading my package anyway, but instead will now downgrade it due to their shady tactics.

      DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY Literally the worst customer service I have quite literally ever experienced. I initially sent my first email back in November. It’s now January and they still have not resolved my issues. I initially reached out about their ******** promotion and how none of their links directed me to the free month trial promotion. I emailed 2 days after the promotion ended due to NOT HAVING ANY LUCK FOR DAYS and was given a rep who assured me my issue would be sent to an internal team to investigate more. Now, nobody ever followed up with me so I sent another one. Oddly enough I got a reply back from someone different saying the original rep is out of office. The following day I got an email from the original rep saying it was escalated again. Month goes by with no email from ANYONE so I decide to email again. Directed immediately to the original rep that I’m clearly not thrilled with. Again no response for weeks so I emailed AGAIN and was directed to someone saying the original rep is (shocker) out of office again and that I have missed the window for the promotion (no joke?) and that there was nothing they could do. The customer service at this place is literally the worst. I have no idea how anyone collaborates with this company knowing they clearly do not value being decent humans to their customers. You’ve been in business 9 years, figure it tf out. There is 0 excuse for how sloppy every single thing is operating. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY

      Like many others, I feel misled by this company. I paused at the beginning of the pandemic, with the understanding that a few credits would be added each month. Fast forward to almost 3 years later, I only have 16 credits total and the price has gone up almost double. (I should have more than 150 credits by now). I thought up to 10 credits would be added to my account every month, but ONLY 10 credits rollover each month. They offered me 4 months refunded, which is hardly a dent into what Ive been paying for several years now. When I let them know that I was confused with this was marketed and that I think they should clarify that for future members, they gaslit me and said it was my fault for not reading the fine print. After reading the reviews on here, ** clearly not the only person who feels scammed. Buyer beware!
