On 5/06/2022, the Minnesota Department of Commerce announced it has settled allegations that Professional Coin Galleries is not registered as a bullion products dealer to solicit, market, buy, or sell, bullion products or investments in bullion products to Minnesota consumers.
The company agreed to informal disposition of this matter without a hearing. According to the order, Professional Coin Galleries shall cease and desist from any further solicitation and transactions (buying or selling), excluding refunds with prior transactions, involving bullion products or investment in bullion products until such time as it has complied with the registration requirements contained in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 80G.
