"Buffy's business practices do not serve their customers and are designed to increase the demand to drive up their sales while clearly not having the bandwidth and supply to follow through on the demand of actual customer-purchased items. To be clear, this is not a simple supply chain issue, they are selling items they knowingly do not have, while also being aware their website reflects availability that is inaccurate, effectively drawing in customers to make the purchases of out-of-stock items and intentionally concealing from their customers that the product is unavailable until after the purchase is made so they can recognize the revenue in that month and inflate their profits." ...
