"They never responded to my customer service requests, they don’t offer a call number for support and file through emails that are never returned, one of my orders was Improperly refunded and cancelled over the holiday “sale” to avoid applying discounts these orders never arrived after taking nearly 3 weeks to ship, their parcel service is awful, my order that did arrive, took two months to get to me and was missing $189 of products I never received notification stating them being shipped separately or possibly being out of stock they simply were not packed, I never received assistance in correcting this problem and will likely not receive my items or a refund they are not for the customers they are not around to help, they do not care about their business practices or clients, they upcharge on products that are cheaper elsewhere, over the last two months I've encountered ever had experience you can with a business and never heard back after putting in 4 separate requests"
