    I can't give lower than one star or it would be a 0. The top is not waterproof and I was going to return it upon purchase. The rep said I would get a 40% discount if I kept the cover. He did not tell me it would void the lifetime warranty. In less than a year the top started deteriorate and come apart. The customer service was horrible and my issue was never resolved.

    Do not buy from this company!!! Purchased the **** ****** ** - Car Cover for ****** ***** ***** 2017 SUV 4-Door. I used it twice. The second time was during a hail storm (which in the description it states as follows... "It can resist all types of extreme weather conditions such as snow storms, desert heat, hail storms since it’s 100% waterproof and water-resistant." I will share pictures in the comments, proving that the cover will not resist ALL types of weather. Bought on May 18th, emailed the company on June 15th about the damaged cover. Again, the website states as follows..."30-Day Money Back Guarantee". The company responded with an offer to send a replacement cover, if I pay shipping costs equalling $30.00

    R V cover lasted only a year before top disintegrated contacted the warranty by email with a copy of my bank statement showing the receipt # purchase date and price 377.99 plus pictures. They say they need order # from original email from a year ago THIS Company does not stand up to there warranty their covers are not for outdoor use not even close to lifetime.THER lost will never deal with again and will spread the word to my R V CLUB MEMBERS!
