DO NOT deal with this company, original cover too small, they sent second cover still too small, not a “Perfect Fit Guarantee” as stated on their website. I gave a 1 star review, I received a call and he said if I remove the review he would refund 100% of the purchase price, I removed review, I was assured the refund was processed, waited 10 days (they said it could take 3-10 days) and still no refund. I got a rip in my car cover and try to reach out to them after a year and half of having the cover they asked for pictures and I sent them and they have all my information but refuse to do anything about my cover because I don’t have a order number I don’t understand this carcover.com lifetime warranty if there not offering it and they can’t look my information up in there system I guess that’s there loop hole to find a way not to fulfill the lifetime warranty I would never purchase anything from this scam of a company and I definitely wouldn’t recommend after going through all this for nothing and this doesn’t deserve any star at all but I had to put it in to complete my review and try to help the next person not get scammedReview fromDorothy M

These car covers are junk. Mine leaks really bad. I've sent many pictures and all they have is excuses. Even had an actual puddle on the trunk of my ****** **** I am livid. Almost $150 wasted. I'm not done with them yet!!! Oh yeah I bought less than 3 months ago and it leaks more every time it rains.CarCover.com

I purchased a car cover about one year ago from this company. At about the 11 month mark, the cover started to fail. It tore on several corners, and was eroding in several places as well. When I called car cover.com, they referred me to their warranty department. After several email exchanges, I was offered a replacement car cover, which I did not want. To this point, they refuse to refund any money.CarCover.com

The $161.49 truck cover deteriated within six months of buying it from car cover.com. I contacted them and gave them the order number and they said they couldn't find me in their records. This company does not honor their "lifetime warranty." The cover lasted about a year and a half, and then basically disintegrated. I asked for a replacement and was told it would cost $95 for "shipping." I wouldn't agree to this and they said the lowest they could do is $75. I wouldn't give this company any more of my money. Cheap product, and questionable business practices. Stay away!CarCover.com

Dishonest business practices. Did not honor stated return policy. Would not pay for return shipping. Evasive and contradictory communication. Product not as advertised. Before I ordered I spoke to representative on phone regarding fit, type of material and return policy. When the product arrived I contacted the company promptly to initiate the return. Instead of return the company offered first 20% and then 50% discounts. When I asked for a return label and full refund the company held me hostage for the return postage which was more than 50% of the discounted value. Free Returns was clearly offered on their website. That is dishonest. "Hassle Free 30-Day Return Policy and Exchange" (from website) was not.CarCover.com

Six months ago, I purchased a cover for my car from CarCover.com, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. As a resident of Dodge City, Kansas, I've had a hard time finding a durable cover that can withstand the extreme winds in the area. However, the cover I bought from CarCover.com has been able to do just that. Unlike other covers I've purchased in the past, which would rip within a few weeks due to wind pressure, this cover has elastic bands around its edges and buckle and straps underneath, which prevent wind from getting trapped inside and damaging the cover. While I haven't needed to contact their support team yet, I did inquire about the warranty when I first received the cover, and the agent I spoke to took the time to explain it to me. This level of customer service was greatly appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with the product I purchased. I believe it is essential for customers to leave feedback on their experiences, both positive and negative. While it is crucial for customers to post negative reviews when they have had a poor experience with a company, I also feel that satisfied customers should take the time to acknowledge exceptional service or products. Short version: Take your money elsewhere. Horrible company that employs a horrible person selling cheap car shaped synthetic fabric. Full version: My cover failed just over a year after purchase and after my warranty replacement was approved I wanted to inquire about the shipping cost for my replacement since I had no interest in paying for another cover if there was a chance for another premature failure. (At this point I was still open to the possibility that I may have just got a defective cover and a replacement would not be the same) I was able to speak with the warranty supervisor about my concerns and this is where things got weird. I was called a liar when I said I had covers in the past for a fraction the cost that had not failed this prematurely and they then went an idiotic rant about sunlight and increases in extreme weather stating that the covers could last as little as two months or longer and that mine failing after a year was totally normal. After boating about selling 1.5 million covers and being in the car cover industry for 20 years they proceeded to lose it when I asked if they were actually quality made or if they were just being cheaply made in China where manufacturing expenses are on average 5% cheaper than that of the USA as per several economist sources. They then proceeded to call me disrespectful and threatened to not honor my warranty (which is illegal as it is a binding contract) because they were offended that I had totally justifiable quality concerns after their poorly made cover failed. Employee was indefensibly idiotic and had little to no redeeming qualities as a person. I will not be paying another cent to this two-bit car cover company and would urge everyone else to take their business elsewhere. Presumably they will respond and claim no fault but no need to just take my word as there are many review sites claiming similar experiences. No shortage of covers to purchase so I would advise all to avoid this company.CarCover.com

Doesn't honor refund policy, a different excuse each time I call them. Car cover is generic and almost close to the correct length, but just a giant ill fitting bubble of fabric. ***** ***** ****** *** ... you will all get the same car cover. It will probably blow off in the slightest breeze (I bought an outdoor cover ... to be used OUTDOORS). Sent tracking number to email address THEY provided with order number. 2 weeks AFTER they received the car cover that didn't fit back, they still haven't refunded, and always say they will in "5-10 business days" that the didn't receive the tracking number. Company is in Canada, and apparently NOT a US company. Very shady practices. Recommend avoiding at all costs, buy from them at your risk. BTW ***************, for a little more money provided a high quality, perfectly custom fitted cover in a few days with mirror pockets and a tight fit that doesn't blow off.CarCover.com
