"This company used a sleight-of-hand billing in Canadian, including taxes and shipping, and at final checkout gave me a total in American, however upon billing, transferred it back to Canadian, which included a 5% increase in the cost stating it was due to Exchange rate changes for moment to moment, however I agreed to the charge at the point of sale moment, not to the charge any moment after resulting in a $24 extra charge on the bill that was not authorized." ... "I ordered one of their free 11x 14 canvases and they cropped off my siblings head. When I requested it be correct they showed me some proof that supposedly showed his head being cropped before I purchased, but the one the sent to me with the actual canvas did not show his head cropped." ...
